Good value, friendly helpful staff
parking lot uneven and not well lit

Everything was fine. It is an older building, so rooms are a little smaller than newer buildings but everything was clean and comfortable.
No breakfast.

The young lady with the split hair dye was INCREDIBLE. So sweet and friendly.
There’s a spider issue… I saw multiple in the room

Really friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, close to an area with lots to do. Homer is pretty small so nothing is far. Safe area. Definitely would stay again. One of my favorite places to stay in Homer.
Parking area was kind of confusing.

Great location, was able to get a 1-bdrm family room.
The room was described as a suite, so we had higher expectations, which perhaps was our issue. One night stay provided us with a typical two queen room with a very nice size refrigerator. We then moved to family suite for duration of our stay and had a tiny, very inadequate sized refrigerator. The microwave was in the bedroom, not the kitchen, and there was no coffee pot for the room. We felt the price for the “suite” was not comparable for the lack of family/suite amenities. However, the location and staff were very nice and accommodating. A trip to Salvation Army solved the coffee pot problem along with a toaster.

Courteous and friendly.
All was good.

location, price and view from the room

no breakfast. Location was only thing that was okay.
Hotel and rooms very old. Small and lousy 2 white towels; no maid service, and no one even at desk that evening to give us fresh towels. No coffee or tea in the rooms, only one coffee thing in the lobby; no creamers for coffee.

The indoor laundry!
No worries! We liked everything!
3.6
The price and the location is good.
No fresh towels for our extended stay. We understand they had supplier issues but we had to come up with a solution. The solution was they paid and we washed our own towels.

Weird little set up, but I realize it's not a chain. It's clean tho. No housekeeping. The best part is Riley at the front desk, she is GREAT!
Kind of loud

Good location off the spit near Cycle Logic, the Little Mermaid, and a good diner.
Dirty room with popcorn on the floor. Paper-thin walls. Loud live music nearby at night. Staff tried to charge us an early check-in fee. Overcharged us on our bill. Acted as though we were the first customers to use Booking.com.

Great friendly service w check in . Area was great by a lot of places .

The location was the best to the restaurant we loved named The little Mermaid. Otherwise nothing we liked.
It looks like a boarding house and is run like one too. There aren’t any housekeeping services. The curtains don’t cover the Windows and are not blackout and should be. The TV didn’t work. The people that we ran into appeared to be transient unsavory men. We stayed there because everything was booked. Now I know why this place had availability.

Nice, great location

The staff were friendly and helpful. The value for money was good.
The towels were threadbare.

Location was great, restaurant right next door, very quiet,
For a family of 4 the room was small for us, we have teen age boys
3.6
Staff and checkin were awesome. Beds and pillows were comfortable.
The quality of the rooms, tv, amenities. Rooms were noisy and walls were paper thin.
3.6
I didn't like anything
The staff was rude pushy and the room was ghetto
3.6
The beds were comfortable but the hotel is very old and smells bad. It needs a drastic update; more than just new paint. The curtains didn’t fit the windows so we had to keep them closed with a hair clip. The towels were clean but so thing you could see through them. I would never stay there again
Everything!!

Interesting old place.
Dusty musty and could have been cleaned better.
Some kind of bodily fluid stains on the box springs, probably been there for years. The bar next door makes it noisy and loud, there should be some kind of warning to people booking this hotel that there is regularly live music played outdoors until late at night. When there isn't live music you can hear the patrons coming and going. We complained about this and though they had rooms available they did not offer to move us to the other side of the motel. With no air conditioning and having to have the windows open to cool the room off it's about like trying to sleep in a bar with a privacy barrier.
3.6
There is a great breakfast next door.
Live music from the bar next door, complete with howling dogs in the neighborhood, no air conditioning which wouldn't be a problem if you could open windows and not have all the noise from the bar pouring in while you're trying to get some sleep.

Staff was friendly.
No chair, water glasses, tissues, etc in room. Crawled on floor to access outlet under bed for charger. No coffee in lobby, just an unused coffee maker. Basic is fine, but a few simple things would make a difference. We left instead of staying a second night; still charged and paid 50% of room rate which is understandable.

None offered

Nice beds, refrigerator. Washer and dryer accessible in hotel. They did have a hair dryer they loaned me.
No coffee in the morning in our room OR in machine in lobby. No elevator. It was an Old Historic Hotel.
