A nice place when visiting relatives in Queens.

Size of room and bathroom--both large. Liked there was a staircase to use. Location for our purposes was excellent. A/C worked great. WiFi was excellent. Room service was pretty good (but see 'didn't like, below)--fresh towels daily which is not something many places do anymore. Staff was friendly.

The soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers were empty or didn't work. Staff gave us a cup of each but apparently couldn't refill the dispensers (maybe the key got lost?). No hairdryer.

Jestem z Polski. Zatrzymałem się w hotelu na kilka dni, żeby zwiedzić Nowy Jork. Lokalizacja hotelu jest w bardzo dobrej

Widok na Manhattan z okna hotelowego jest rewelacyjny. Hotel znajduje się blisko metra. W pokoju jest czysto. Obsługa sprząta codziennie. Wszystko było bez zarzutu. Bardzo dobrze oceniam pobyt w tym hotelu.

I wouldn't stay there again.

It was clean

The TV didn't work. You can listen the subway all day and all night which I guess it's out of their control. The person at the entrance (reception) didn't say hello, no greeting at all when we first arrived. The AC in the room never got cold enough. You couldn't properly close the door of the hotel room either. The first night we stayed, we could listen a Hispanic couple screaming at each other. They may have been in the room across from us. I felt very insecure in that area, even inside the hotel.

La cama, grande y comodísima, al igual que las almohadas, dos por persona. Nos cambiaban las toallas y sábanas todos los días. Pudimos descansar bastante bien, no oíamos ruidos. El metro se oye, pero a lo lejos. Además no nos pidieron fianza y nos guardaron las maletas en recepción el día de la salida porque nuestro vuelo era por la noche.

La ubicación. A pesar de que está a 3 minutos del metro, es una zona que se debe evitar. Mucha inseguridad, gente rara en las calles y la llaman la pequeña Colombia porque está llena de latinos. Algunos miembros del personal de recepcion, en concreto los chicos, desprendian poca simpatia, al contrario de las chicas, que eran agradables. Muchas veces había gente extraña en la recepción. El hotel alquila habitaciones por horas, de ahí que muchas parejas acudan allí para pasar un rato.

For the most part, quite pleased. The location was so convenient for my purposes.

There wasn't a breakfast. Loved the view from my window with Manhattan in the distance. The bed was comfortable.

When I was checking out with my bag at 11:00 this morning, the elevator had failed. I and another man on the same floor had to carry our bags down nine floors. Not a fun ending to the stay. The bathroom shower stall had no shelf to put shampoo, etc. on. Had to put them on the floor. Also, there was no towel rack to put a wet towel on in the bathroom.

I liked my room at Elmhurst hotel, and as an adult if you are traveling alone eating out is not that bad, but traveling

I LOVED how exceptionally clean it is! The bed, the bathroom, the bathroom floor, the towels, the lobby. I liked the fare that I was charged per night. I felt it was reasonable. Not cheap, not expensive, just right. I liked the staff was cordial and attentive, we requested more towels and they were sent right away. The housekeeping staff were very nice, specially William, he gave us recommendations about the area, where to eat and some things to do around. We were staying for the weekend.

This one is easy. My family and I did not like at all, that there isn’t MICROWAVE or REFRIGERATOR . None of the rooms have them. This makes it hard specially when traveling with young children. ….Also…. we noticed some of the other guests were prostitutes conducting business… on more than one occasion.

Staff was kind. Wifi was good.

Someone's hair was on the bed. The amenity was not clean (a face washing cream). There is a gap in the curtain at a shower room and it can be seen from outside.

Happy to have a clean, serviceable hotel that we can use while visiting relatives in Jackson Heights

We stayed here during a visit to family who lives in Jackson Heights. This was an ideal location for us- walking distance from our relatives. This is a plain and simple hotel. Our room was basic-- clean bedroom and bathroom.

Our closet was missing a bar for hanging clothes. There is some wear and tear that you can see in the rooms and hallways.

Public transportation 👍🏻 Place to buy food 👍🏻

Nasty. Dust every were. 3 days and only change the bed cloth and towels and some garbage, no more, don't clean the carpet or dust around Bad assistance on the bathroom's shower. All the water everywhere and they don't change to us to a better place 1 night and day.
