clean, okay breakfast.

they advertised shuttle service but there was no shuttle on Sundays, and no taxis at the airport either. That is hard to take after a long transatlantic flight. I got lucky when eventually a taxi came through, but it cost me a lot of extra dollars. I had chosen this hotel because it was supposedly near the airport (not true) and had a free shuttle (apparently only on some days). When I left, the shuttle did take me to the airport, so that was a positive. The coffee was very very weak there, but the rest of the breakfast was acceptable.

Very pleasant experience- very clean and felt safe traveling with my daughter

Everything about this hotel. I used to only stay at Red Roof every time I traveled which is often and booked with Hampton this time and will not be booking any where else

Nothing really. If I had to say anything - the lady at check in looked like she wasn’t in a good mood. It was later and we were tired from traveling. Also the pillows were too fluffy lol

My room was very clean, the bed was comfortable.

I was there due my dad being in the hospital. I extended my stay and was annoyed that I had to be moved to another room. When I informed the front desk that I will needed to extended my stay prior to my original check out day.

Frustrating from check in to one month later!

The room, location, and the breakfast were acceptable

Your staff is some of the most misinformed about their jobs I have encountered in a very long time. I was charged incorrectly on TWO different credit cards and neither of the two staff I spoke with could understand your billing. I was told "see my friends bill, and well I didnt check you in" When I asked who in billing might explain the charges to me I was told there is no billing department. Imagine that!

Breakfast was amazing, haven’t stayed in a hotel where the breakfast was that good. The pool was nice and clean, the hotel smelled CLEAN. To me as a housekeeper myself is an A+

We only had the tp paper that was in the bathroom. They left No extras.

difficult and complicated WiFi operation, didn’t work in room, needed to have staff at reception enter „ secret „ lobby code on 4 units, ridiculous secrecy on “ open “ WiFi “ conex Also poor maintenance plumbing, h/c water almost dripped very much reduced flow…. shower head was at least 20 years old and my concern about it to front desk next morning…. “ heard this before “
