One of the best! Will return.

The rooms were spacious, well kept, and well equipped. The location was great. The morning breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly. The hotel bar was convenient. Parking was easy to access.

The pool needed maintenance.

Good but not great, definitely expected more from a Hilton brand hotel.

Breakfast was good, location was excellent. Room was quiet. Hotel very pet friendly.

Room not as spacious as other suite hotels we’ve stayed at. Heat in the room was malfunctioning, it was too hot the whole time, even after maintenance looked at it. Water pressure was too low, took longer to shower. Housekeeping was supposed to come every other day, they didn’t show on the scheduled day, had to complain to the front desk 3 times before our room was finally done - at 4:30 in the afternoon.

Beautiful and modern hotel perfect for families and pets and close to tons of shops and restaurants.

It was a lovely hotel! So modern and tons of space in the rooms. We were SO comfortable! The pool was also beautiful and so great on hot days. Plus the proximity to local shops and restaurants could not be beat. They are pet friendly too which was such a plus!

Nothing I can think of that was bad really! The breakfast was minimal but not a deal breaker by any means.

Great value for money.

The staff were really good, especially Jehan and the other night staff as well. Always smiling and always willing to help.

The breakfast timings can be extended a bit. Sometimes, it is hard to make it to the breakfast if you sleep in until 9.

Overall, we had a great stay!

The Homewood Suites SouthPark/Charlotte, NC is a well appointed luxury hotel. The rooms, common areas, and hotel were very clean. We ate breakfast one morning, and really appreciate that offering.

There was no wi-fi for customer’s personal devices. However, there was wi-fi in the hotel’s business center.

it’s was great. all the way down the list. The room, the bar, food, and staff. The breakfast. We loved our stay.

there was a problem with the hot water. it was fixed by the next day. We were in town for a family wedding. so glad it got fixed in time.

the thermostats in the rooms were not working properly, they were bouncing from cool to warm not going past 74, we also were asked to be moved due to this issue and the new room also wasn’t warm

The breakfast and the staff were both amazing

My toilet leaked each time it was flushed. We had to request clean towels and tissues. No one was available to bring it to the room, so my husband had to go to the desk to pick it up. Another guest stayed on the pull out couch and found dirty linen on it. For the price that I paid, I thought it would be more accommodating and clean. This was for my birthday weekend, so we made the best out of a bad situation. Not what I expected for that price and location.

the location was superb, staff was very friendly and helpful

rolling power outages, the hot water stayed Luke warm, furniture in the king sweet had crumbs in the cushions when asked to switch room there was no rooms available dishes were still dirty it took over 2 hours for guest services to arrive to eradicate the issues and the need direct guidance and supervision
