Everything. The atmosphere the service. The breakfast was delicious. Located 1 block from the shopping stip and all the restaurants.
Can’t think of anything other than the tv/roku setup. But we didn’t watch much tv

Sie machen alles richtig hier. Wir waren so angetan, dass wir zweimal hier waren, einmal am Anfang unserer Road-trip, und wieder am Ende. Einfach perfekt. Die Zimmer sind so schön individuell eingerichtet. Ein Highlight ist das Frühstück!

We had a beautiful room with welcoming flowers & lovely chocolates.
Absolutely nothing

An oasis! Every detail above and beyond - Well appointed room, wonderful bedding, amenities galore! This was truly a travel experience and I can't wait to return.

Staff was great! Very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was excellent!
There are stairs and uneven ground to navigate. Not the best for two seniors with some mobility issues. We managed. A word of caution, the vanity in our room was not flush with the wall and I unfortunately dropped an item and it rolled under the vanity. I ultimately had to borrow my husband's cane to get it out ... along with a couple of stray dust bunnies and someone's random pill. All in all we would stay again.

Convenient to walk downtown. Comfortable bed & room. Hosts friendly. Breakfast delicious.
Paint & carpet looked tired/worn compared to last visit. Could use a refresh to keep value.

Great location! Great room! Beautiful property!
Not a thing.

Good place to stay but the breakfast left a lot to be desired if you don't want a super rich meal that you have to wait up to 20 mins to get.
Breakfast was not good

easy walking distance to downtown, plays, otherwise quiet.
took a moment to figure out the environment controls but that was a MINOR issue

Excellent location right off Main st. Made it easy to find food and drink right nearby. Room was nicely furnished and relatively quiet. Breakfast was fine, but menu was very limited. Check in staff and day staff were both polite and professional.
I had no idea my partially disabled wife would have to walk up a full flight of stairs to get to our room. I should have specified a first floor room, but no effort was made to accommodate us when I mentioned it, probably because they didn't have one. The room was nicely furnished, had a comfortable bed and was well furnished. But the carpet was very dingy and stained as was the carpet on the stairs. It needs to be replaced. I was disappointed with the breakfast because I was unable to order anything from the limited menu that I can eat. I don't eat eggs, and when I ordered the granola it was not mentioned in the menu that it contains coconut (which I am allergic to). Okay, I'm a picky eater but there should still have been something else the staff could have offered me instead of finding out after breakfast was over (when they finally checked back on us) that I didn't get to eat. Considering that this B&B actually has a full restaurant, and is not just a breakfast kitchen, this was disappointing.

This place is what you hope every place you stay at is like. Everything works seamlessly and no need for any excuses. We went to breakfast and someone paid attention to that and went in and did did a brief cleaning and bed making / front desk was ready for us / restaurant was amazing with actual on-site made food and pastries. A+
The property is a restored old home and technology at front desk has some catching up to do. But nothing that was problematic. Just not as seamless as the rest of the stay.

The spaciousness of their most expensive room. The breakfast included was nice.
We stayed for one night in the Hargadine room, their most expensive. For $600+/night, we had high expectations. The room is in an old house turned inn so we expected old and rickety which it definitely is. Plumbing was our biggest problem in which the low water pressure intermittently stopped working for about 10-15 seconds every other minute in the shower and the sinks. When we informed the receptionist, he said that they were aware of it for a while now and that no one has been able to diagnose the problem. It would've been nice to have known that upfront before booking such an expensive room. Other shower issues (minor): hand held wand didn't work properly and the soap dispenser did not function at all. Housekeeping forgot to put trash cans back in the room after cleaning. We received a reply from the Gen Mgr that there were 2 cans in the room which is a lie because we really checked thoroughly everywhere. The previous guests used an ice bucket but housekeeping forgot to remove the melted bag of ice from the bucket. The GM oddly said they put it out for us (which we never asked) but due to a warm day and our late arrival the ice had melted. Why would anyone prepare an ice bucket without the guest asking for it? We didn't get great sleep due to a lot of noise from downstairs (maybe it's the kitchen area, sounded like a lot of tables/chairs being pushed around on the floor for cleaning) past 11:30pm and then again around 6am. We politely shared our grievances with the receptionist to help them improve quality for their future guests. But the email response from Rebecca Doran (General Manager) was highly disappointing - no apologies but instead countered with lies. We are generally tolerant of oversights but when we are negated with lies, it is highly upsetting which made us write this review. We won't be returning and have expressed our utter dissatisfaction to friends/relatives.

Fabulous gourmet breakfasts with combinations you never thought of ! The old world elegance of their Victorian property is so satisfying.
