Loved being across the street from the beach and only a few steps from Hugel haus.

Our second time there and we love it!!! Definitely will return and recommend this place!!!

Breakfast was not provided, but an excellent restaurant was nearby. Our little kitchen unit was fine for us.

WiFi was free but not reliable due to the location, but it was not a problem for us.

Affordable price, good just for an overnight stay

Location is really good, near the beach; beds were not bad and comfy enough

Aircon was jurassic and noisy, carpet is so old it feels damp even if it doesn't seem to be wet; room emits a muggy smell/stench, like the smell of a room that got wet and had not enough sunlight to dry it completely.

The man who checked us in was extremely helpful and friendly. We have never ventured this area, so he recommended a lot of places to try; all of which were great!

Disappointing

I was not aware that a breakfast was available.

When I was told I had to pay the full amount for the 3 days I had reserved. I tried to tell the clerk that I had already paid for 1 day in advance. They said they had no record of that so I paid for 3 days. The reservation was made through Booking

Convenient location

Location was great. Outside of the busyness. Restaurants were within walking distance. The room was clean and had a small kitchenette.

There was a musty smell, but it was tolerable.

Room was clean but it was damp and had a funny smell. There was an open jar of Rid in the room to soak up the moisture and also an electric machine to do the same thing. Not easy to control the temperature of the room could find no temperature controls room was humid, warm and stuffy.

A pleasant stay in a value priced motel for Door County. Great location.

The cleanliness and spaciousness were positives as well as the convenient location. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed with a firm mattress.

In the guest house, not all the windows had screens. It would have been nice to have the bedroom window open at night. Also, I wasn't aware of the stairs to the bathroom. Wasn't a problem for me but could have been. Should have been made aware of it before giving us the room. Somewhat dated but comfortable decor.

Comfortable beds, very clean, and a good value. Staff was very helpful they had a late box for late arrivel which was nice.

Towels were a little small and stiff. A fan would have been nice.

There was no breakfast. they did provide a discount for a local restaurant. This is a well maintained , locally owned 60s motel that has been refurbished. two floors---no elevator. Two Queen beds. comfortable

The room we had was clean but they must have had issues with dampness as it had damp rid in several places and they tried to cover up the smell with an overpowering plug in air freshener.

We had no issues with our room at all. Clean and quiet. Owner was very nice and informative. Perfect location for everything we wanted to do. Would definitely stay again!
