Management and staff are the biggest plus. They make you feel welcome from jump and are very helpful

Proximity to the University. My son and nephew participated at a camp at EKU. It was also close to a variety of dining establishments and shops like Walmart.

Not as clean as I expected and the rate was higher than expected.

If I’m ever in the area, Will stay here again!

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful & friendly. Location was great, walkable to bowling alley, shopping and restaurants. My favorite feature is the outdoor fire pit.

A little pricey compared to other area hotels.

Great Place to Stay!!!

The location of the property. The size of the room. The fact that the room had a kitchen. Was great. Lots of place to go shopping in the area. Good restraunts close by.

Staff was not that friendly. You say " good morning", and they ignore you. Not all staff was friendly.

Relaxing, comfortable and very enjoyable!

it was close to the freeway, rooms were clean and spacious and had a full size kitchen and a stovetop. The staff was excellent especially Paul. He was very helpful with suggestions of things to do and places to eat. Paul even helped us clean off our car during a snowstorm which I appreciate since my husband has cancer. He is a keeper! All of your staff was so pleasant we came back on our way home and stayed an extra day!!!

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like and would highly recommend staying there. We will stay here again when we come through here again.

We had a comfortable, relaxing stay that we extended because we enjoyed it so much!

Close to the freeway, comfortable, clean and large rooms. Excellent staff especially Paul! Paul was very helpful with suggestions of places to go and places to eat. He even helped my husband (he has cancer but Paul was unaware of that) clean off our car from the snowstorm. He is definitely a keeper. All of your staff was helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend staying here. You will not be sorry!

Staff was great but issue after issue….

The room was a good size.

Had a few issues. Maintenance man had to come to room (he was very nice). Tv issues, bug issues. I lost count after 8 stink bugs and a wasp. No blow dryer, no extra TP, I asked in app for service didn’t get get. Was looking for refill on coffee, TP, and take out trash. Front desk told to talk directly to them next time. Staff was always nice.

Disappointing

Good location and pleasant staff.

Housekeeping is programmed to change linens and make up room every SIX days. No decaf tea but multiple tea offers. Shower fixtures flimsy. Expected more for the price and brand.

The price does not match the experience of stay

Location. Outside amenities which some Asian family took over the whole weekend we were there

Other grills, other fire pits, check out time at 1 or 2. When you pay almost 200 a night and front desk won't even allow you an extra hour to get your things together it says alot about the establishment. Your maid didn't have face towels when I saw her in the hallway. Drinking glasses were Splotchy from mediocre cleaning. No bags provided to put dirty clothes in. Pots and pans were cheap and gave food an odd taste.
