Front door keypad didn’t always work properly. Furniture dated, glassware sparse Kitchen cabinets disorganized. Front walk and back deck not cleared of snow/ice.

The property had lots of room for our family and was very clean when we arrived. We loved the ability to ski in and ski out. We have stayed at these properties in the past and really like them.
There were several things that were difficult. We were given the code to get into the unit but it did not always work. After several attempts each time we wanted to enter we might get in. To solve this, we put a piece of cardboard between the lock and the sill.
Also, there were 3 coffee pots and they did not work. We were able to make one work and use the carafe from another. It still did not work very well.
There were not enough drinkinglasses for even one meal for our guests.
The pilot light on one of the burners did not work.
The blinds over the door leading to the hot tub were broken. They would not stay up. Every time we wanted to use the hot tub we had to tie the cords to the blinds to the bed table drawer. This was so difficult to maneuver every time.
There was no heat in the lower bed room. We found that the fuse box and saw the fuse was turned off.

The townhome itself was beautiful, cozy, great views, had everything we needed in the kitchen and good location to the slopes(short walk from our building).
The townhome is updated however, it could use a good maintenance overlook. A few of the sinks had issues, some blinds didn’t work correctly, various power outlets didn’t work throughout the house, the heat was not consistent temperature wise and varied from room to room. The master bedroom being the worst, we would go to bed at a comfortable temperature or cold and wake up in the middle of the night on fire and sweating. As far as cleanliness, we were disgusted by a comforter in one of the guest rooms, clearly it had not been washed. Just a few things that were our own opinion and dislikes were there was no tv in the master bedroom but other rooms had them and the only way to access the hot tube was through either the master bedroom or one of the guest rooms.

Loved the view from our balcony and the space we had to ourselves.
There was trash under our bed, toothpaste from previous customers crusted on the bathroom vanities. Just wasn’t expecting that from this sort of lodge.
