Was nice being so close to I5
The manager was insanely rude. My kids and I had just lost our home and I'm fighting an vasculitis autoimmune disorder that is destroying my internal organs. Our dog got off the leash unexpectedly for about 7 minutes. She ran to go pee outside and then ran to the car. They kicked us out over it and gave me an hour to vacate with everything. Then the manager proceeded to overly laugh with another worker while I was painfully loading the car jb

If I could rate 0, I would. The daytime manager moved my stuff from behind desk when I had medical emergency. Lied about my checkout daye, so she could keisurely dteal over $150 worth if merchandise. No video caneras. Evil, low class establishment. Might as well book at Motel 6. Join ESA, Extended Stay Anerica, where good people should stay!
Horrible - low class - dishonest staff!!!!!

It's great for going to work and also for heading out and doing sight seeing or shopping.
They need to fix the washing machines so they can take card again.

Leaving as fast as I could! Checking out early was the best decision I’ve ever made.
Absolutely everything. This was hands down the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had traveling for work. The neighbors were extremely noisy, the plumbing didn’t word and the halls and lobby were filled with people on drugs. All of which was brought up to the front desk and nothing was addressed. Booking should be ashamed to represent this establishment.

No breakfast
The staff treat you like you're in prison constantly monitoring you and if you have any guests they have to stop by and give their ID and they photo copy it they also make you pay a $250 deposit which is unheard of the staff can usually be found on their phones talking loud and in appropriate or smoking weed by the front door. They ended up making me leave 4 days early and kept my money. I wouldn't stay here unless you like prison

Room was clean
Sheets wrecked of cigarette smoke as if they were never cleaned. I had no choice but to stay but will not stay again as a result of this.

The manager appeared understanding and facilitate a room switch. The gal who was running the desk agreed to my request for extra sheets (though she made it clear it was an inconvenience).
The first room had a melted mattress cover that exposed the actual hotel mattress. I requested to switch rooms, and when I did, though the mattress cover was intact, there were cigarette burns and dried-on nail polish mess everywhere… aprx every 8 inches across the floor, toilet, and furniture. there was a pervasive smell, as if someone unloaded 8 Lysol disinfectant aerosol cans into the room and then shut the door. Legitimately had to sleep wearing my face mask.

The 4th floor is quiet and there's no one stomping around above.
It's sort of of the beaten path in a strange location.

Not much too like. I thought I was entering a low security prison. The price was good if you were able to sleep at night.
Even though it is a non-smoking hotel two regulars stood outside the entrance way smoking in front of the "you must be 25' away from here to smoke sign". Check in was in a small lobby that was locked on the hotel side. There was a lack of color in the room and with the locked door and the smell of smoke it felt like checking into a prison. The even number rooms are next to I-5 with traffic driving all night long. Fortunately we brought our own blankets to stay warm. We have never left a hotel early until staying at this hotel. I cancelled my reservation at the desk and was told to call a manager on Monday. I called and left a message along with an email. I did not know I needed to cancel through Booking.com since I have never left early from a hotel. (Lesson learned) Still working on getting a refund for the second night. This is an extended stay hotel with moderate cooking facilities in each room. If you are working from out of town this might be a good place in an odd numbered room.
Overall there is not much selection for hotels in the Everett area that are not right next to I-5 on Booking.com at this price point.

We were visiting Seattle for a consert, accomodation there is very expensive, so we decided to drive half an hour on our way to Vancouver. The accomodation is very basic, but ok for our purposes. Not a place where one stays to have a good time. The guy from the receprion was very nice and helpfull, that was the only staff member we met.
The location is kind of in the middle of nowhere, and also used as a long term stay for people in all ages, for all reasons. But if you know what you can expect there are no dissapointments ...

I didn’t like anything. This place is basically a homeless shelter.
The whole experience was horrible. Sketchy people everywhere in the parking lot. We had a man follow us in and lobby staff said nothing. The man stinked so bad he left a bad odor in the hallway and parking lot. Also the bedroom had nothing basic like an iron or coffee maker.
