Stayed at the Grove many times and the location is great. Landex is quite responsive but your rental is at the hands of

great location couldn’t be better

condo we stayed in was a 2 bedroom which was ample in size. it was, however, in poor shape, not cleaned well and the owner has not done anything to upkeep the rooms. Paint peeling, old furniture and televisions, under supplied. All burners in stove not working properly.

Superb

Returning customer for workcation. Maybe not the fanciest place in town but has everything we need for a relaxing stay: Kitchen, workspace and a block away from the ocean. The staff is very quick and helpful with issues. I would recommend anyone looking for a vacation rental to forget about Airbnb and their outrageous fees and work with the local management directly.

Need an extension cord cos the outlets are few and not always well positioned.

The property exceeded our expectations in every way. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing that needs to be improved is the wi-fi connection and the television service. The wi-fi was intermittent, and bandwidth did not support the TV service sufficiently. Neil

I loved the location was perfect. The accommodations were great. My wife and I will look into staying there again.

It was conveniently close to family. We were in town for my mother’s funeral and it was close to family, making it easy to get around. Within walking distance to the beach( unfortunately didn’t have time for that) and all the shops on Atlantic Avenue.

The beds were hard. Thought I wouldn’t like it at first, but I still slept well. My daughter, on the other hand, did not care at all for the hard mattress in her room.

Vacation to remember

My wife works for a vacation rental in deep creek Maryland and is part of VRMA everything about the property was absolutely perfect! Equipped with all that we needed in the kitchen! That’s always a huge plus!

There wasn’t a thing we didn’t like about property we will definitely be back!!!!

I enjoyed my stay in Florida. I would not stay in the same room unless updates were made.

The location was ideal.

There was a very bad odor in the room!! I believe this smell comes from the very outdated furnishings, throw pillows, decor!!! I feel this room should be totally revamped!!! It can be a very nice room, in a very nice area with just easy updates!
