Superb

Very generous breakfast buffet and complimentary drinks and dinner buffet each night. Room was clean and quiet. Staff was very professional and friendly.

Comfortable hotel and friendly staff

Everything was great! The bed was harder than I prefer, but still comfortable. Loved the separate couch seating area.

It would have been nice to have a TV by the couch. The closet with mirror is in an odd location. The lighting was great, but why have all lights on the same switch? If one of us wanted to sit on the couch with lighting, every light in the room turned on, which bothered the person in bed. Considering the nightly rate was about $350, it met our expectations.

Overall our stay was above average.

The breakfast was good. There were plenty off options, but same options every day. The location was good, but the intersection to leave the facility was tough to navigate due to the excessive traffic.

We stayed for two weeks, so alternating only 2 dinner menus was a little disappointing.

Everything was very good.

The hours for kick-back were to short. Another hour would have been really good.

This is an airport budget hotel and so my expectations were middle of the road anyway

I was able to bring my small 5 lb well traveled dog with me, for a charge of 40 dollars. We liked that there was shuttle service, and we had to schedule a ride for 3 am. The driver was friendly, and helpful with our bags. There was no fee but we did tip him. There is a BJ Brewery across the parking lot from the hotel, so a place to grab a beer and a snack.

Room seemed clean, but we did find a hair on the bathroom sink when we checked in.

We evacuated for hurricane Ian! The staff went above and beyond even though we had no electricity and no water… I would highly recommend this property to anyone that ever needs a place to stay!!!
