Beautiful grounds and super quiet

The room was lovely
No food no drinks , other than your room no bathroom except for the one in the office . Absolutely no facilities on site for what is described as a resort.

Superb small quiet resort set in lovely gardens, very clean and staff that were extremely helpful
Couldn't get into the sea due to numerous jellyfish in the Quay area

The location was good. And the property offered kayaks and paddle boards free of charge. The pool was also nice and well Maintained.
Rooms could have been more updated. Although it said a queen bed it really was not seemed very small and not very comfortable. The hot tub was broken and we were not told about it upon check in. The resort was billed as an adult only and there was a family with two small children staying. Also there is a large population of iguanas. So they were around every corner as well as by the pool. Making it very hard to relax. They did not shy away from humans which was uncomfortable to say the least.

Reception closes at 8 pm.
Everything else was great and perfect. We have seen multiple resorts in the keys, but this one was the best.

Stunning location - can watch the sunset from the private beach. Also absolutely loved that they include watersports as part of the package, so you have use of kayaks and paddleboards throughout your stay for no extra cost. Thank you!
The walls are quite thin, so a bit noisy in the room at times.

Perfect location to watch the sunset.

It was OK place.
Late night fellow neighbors partying at mid-night. An ATV zooming by at early morning hours. This place needs a shuttle service to take people to short distances to shop, eat and go to recreational spots nearby.

The Kona Kai is a hidden gem! The staff is outstanding and attentive even before you arrive to the property. If you need suggestions for great local spots, just ask Di Di or Catherine in office. The property is beautifully manicured and the rooms are very clean. It is located on the bay side which is perfect for kayaking or paddle boarding. The pool and the hot tub are a bonus. The highlight of the day is watching that "big orange ball sinkin in the water". If you are looking for peace and tranquility, you will find it here.
Nothing I can think of.

It was clean, quiet and quaint with a beautiful view.
The listing / what I spoke with the seller about and what I was up sold for were not what I received. It was not a two bedroom room with a view. There was no beach access. I was told I would have two beds and a balcony with a view and beach access. I got a pullout couch (the sheets were not clean) with one full bed and a patio out looking a tennis court.

The resort is in the center for everything you need in Key Largo , but as soon as you enter the property you feel secluded from everything. It was amazing . The staff was very accommodating and probably the friendliest staff I have ever came in contact with in the realm of resort stays. The waterfront area is PERFECT to catch a Keys Sunset . We only stayed one night on our drive through the Keys , but had I known it would have been this great , we would have just stayed the remainder of our trip no matter the drive to each island .
We were VERY impressed .

I love the location, beyond my expectations. it is not too busy but have everything you need. I would rather stay here than Key West

Location was great for what we had planned. We had 2 scuba dives and it was very conveniently located by our marina. Beautiful property!! So much to to just at the resort: SUP, Kayak, sunset view was amazing, places to bbq outside, and a lovely pool and hot tub.

Quaint little paradise just off the highway 1. Peaceful, naturally very beautiful and tons of facilities! Everything was supremely wonderful! Excellent for couples. This is one of the best stay ever fir the price and convenience. People managing this property are super nice and property provide great opportunity for relaxation and rejuvenation! We did not want to leave but we’ll be back. Oh and sunset is picture perfect! Literally a gem!
Everything exceeded our expectations !

The location was excellent and I was very surprised to pull off of the main road but feel like I was miles from anyone else. Very quiet and private
I can’t think of anything to improve on.
