Breakfast seems adequate, but as a vegan it's limited.

Desk staff was not very personable upon checking in. I had already checked in online, and my key was given with very little eye contact, smile etc.

The lobby area and breakfast area were very messy and dirty. Very overpriced for the quality of the accommodations.

The rooms how quiet it is and staff very nice and the rooms are very nice

I wish breakfast was a little longer being for people like me who are at hospital with family i alway got in late maybe have options to have it brought to your room if staff was able its just some dont eat at all because of the stress also had to leave the day before because of my family member being moved didnt say maybe a credit

Location is great. Close to restaurants and the hospital.

Maid service was only available upon request. Breakfast was poor. Not a good value. Lots of mold in the bathroom.

Comfortable and pristinely clean

Really comfortable room, generously sized and nicely laid out. Excellent bathroom. Convenient for UPMC Passavant.

Nice hotel. Bring your own pillows.

The hotel is nice and clean, and the staff are mostly very courteous. The room itself is also well-kept.

The pillows are horrible. It was very difficult to get comfortable. For $250 a night, I should be able to sleep.

Clean, Comfortable, Perfect!

Such a beautiful room/suite! Friendly staff. And ok, I'm going to just say this: I swear this is the absolute CLEANEST bathroom I gave EVER been in!!!!!

I literally, for once, have nothing to say in the negative!!!

My room was not cleaned once, the entire time I was there l. I even asked reception to get it cleaned and it wasn’t. The AC was too cold, I got sick the next day This was extremely expensive for what it was

After a very trying day I was able to get some much needed rest in comfortable surroundings.

Very close to UPMC Passavant, which was the main reason I chose it. Shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Many choices for breakfast. Quiet room and very comfortable.

Very comfortable midway stay over from Washington to DC to Michigan and back.

it was up on a hill away from the maddening crowd- cooler temps and more peaceful. that there was a mall within walking distance with stores and restaurants and a coffee house was an added plus.

We only stayed overnight. No complaints for that short a time.

My children and I were so happy breakfast lasted long enough for them to get awake and dressed as we were on vacation visiting family . The hotel was very clean and the staff was always visible and smiling .

The single cup coffee maker was not large enough to accommodate the two person coffee drinkers. I usually drink two cups in the am and two cups in the pm.
