快適でした

ビュッフェタイプの朝食が多様でまた美味しかったです。シャワーなどもお湯がしっかり出て、水圧もしっかりされてました。また、シャワートイレも完備されていて日本のホテルと遜色が無かったと思います。

Club lounge and drinks were great. The view was amazing from the rooftop.

Comfortable and convenient

Check in process is effective; however, it can be efficient with some adjustments for better crowd control when it gets hectic. Thus, utilize the cafe area to welcome guests as it is empty most of the time, people pay a high premium to stay here so it’s logical and sensible to offer a welcome drink while they wait.

Breakfast - cannot speak highly enought. Huge variety on the buffet and delicious. Room - wow, amazing and comfortable Location - I only stayed 2 days but able to get around easily.

2 nights at nikko saigon hotel

The hotel exterior and main lobby is pretty impressive. It was clean and had a luxury feel to it. The hotel had a mall just beside it and u can go to the mall using a shortcut door from the hotel itself. It is really nice to have a mall that has food and convience store. The staff were really helpful and friendly.

The interior of the hotel is a big contrast compared to the exterior. The rooms seems to be old as you can visibly see the yellow stain due to aging of the building. There were no complimentary breakfast provided.

One of the most beautiful rooms we've ever stayed in

Our room was absolutely magnificent! The bed was so comfortable and the facilities were great. Really quiet too and the views from the high floor over the city were stunning. I would have happily stayed a week or more! It's a much bigger hotel than I was expecting, and the lobby was vast. We found the bar area just inside the main doors lacked a bit of atmosphere and at night we used to take our nightcap up to the room to relax. Staff were all very helpful and friendly and the shuttle bus into the centre of the city to see the sights was a help. Breakfast catered for all tastes and it was plentiful.

Eggs Benedict were awful. Two barely luke warm eggs sitting on processed white meat of some kind (it bore no resemblance to ham!) served on two triangles of cold sliced pan. At least the hollandaise sauce tasted OK, but again it was barely warm. There was plenty of other choice however, so I left the eggs aside and found something else.

It was ok, but from Nikko I expected in general a higher level. I will not book this hotel again

The room was not dark enough. In the night the light from the hallway came underneath the door into the door. Secondly the device for the airconditioner and smoke detector gave too much light.

An okay stay but a bit out of the way and hotel needs an update

Room was very spacious and staff were very nice

Location is a bit out of the way and the rooms are quite dated/felt a bit muggy. Pillows were also uncomfortable as they were very flat.

お部屋が広く、お風呂に入りながら外の景色が観れます。夜景も綺麗で最高でした！また、朝食は高価すぎるくらいで品数も多く味も非常に美味しかったです。

Not a good stay experience after Covid period & 1st visit in 5 years.

Food was nice but the price for breakfast and dinner buffet is too high. Service was good.

My room was really smell of cigarettes smoking when I check in and the smell just won't go away for my whole period of stay. I ask to change room but was not given a reply by the staff there.

Is it really 5*? I'd say 3.5*

It's my 2nd time staying here. Staff are nice. Service is great. Spacious room. The view is great.

The air quality inside the room is terrible. I can smell the mould when the air-conditioning is on its been the same smell on my last visit back in july 2015 and my recent stay in Oct 2023. Needs to be fixed. For this reason, I'll be staying elsewhere on my next visit as it irritated my asthma and had to turn off the ac while in my room. The mattress is uncomfortable and there's also bed bugs. Unfortunately the hotel is ageing and so is the furniture and carpet. They need to keep an eye on stain and etc if they advertise and charge as a 5* hotel.

everything about the hotel was great. an absolute oasis within the busy District 1 HCMC. Extremely great service, clean and friendly hotel. Definitely one of the best hotels I have stayed so far.
