Beautiful space, quiet and relaxing. The prefect place to getaway and rejuvenate your soul.

I booked this room because of its location along a 1,400 mile route, its price and rating. But not being a spa person, I was unaware of what a spa entails. Due to the small room size, it seemed to have been built in the 1950-1960 era. Very good in-room coffee (French press). I didn't partake in the breakfast, the pools or sauna. The ac was quiet and adequate. I cannot fairly judge the quality of the "spa" aspects of this facility. Other than the neighborhood noise, it was very quiet inside the facility. The facility's interior landscaping was very nice, calming.
This being a spa, there was no TV. There was little room for my stuff; most flat surfaces had some sort of ad for a beauty or "aesthetic" product. One of the two pair of sandals (his & hers?) was missing a sandal. There was no sugar for the excellent coffee (I detest the taste of Splenda).

It's the perfect boutique hotel to stay in the desert. The staff was so helpful and warm. We loved it!

Very cute, refurbished motel. Very clean, beautifully kept grounds & wonderful hot spring pools & tubs. Rooms were comfie- & cozy- beds were great. It was a true delight to spend time here- in the beautiful pools, amongst the lovely plants, palm trees & cacti! Had nothing but great interactions with staff- would love to come back!
Wished their was a tv in the room. Disney know about bringing a tablet to watch a show. Continental breakfast could offer more variety (change it a little each day)- would’ve been great to have a few warm options (eggs, breakfast meats, etc). Surprised they had coffee mate as a creamer- that stuff is horrible for you - offer real 1/2 & 1/2 and coffee could be a little more robust/better tasting.
It was abnormally cold/windy while we were there- they should turn the heat up in their pools when it’s cold out.
But all in all, a great stay- just a few details to offer critique.

excellent thank you❤️

It’s a small private retreat. It’s very quiet, every room is poolside, and the sauna and hot tub were very clean. Loved the pools, and the massages were excellent.
The beds were too soft for us, we were accommodated by trying a different room for our second night. Apparently the beds are just a few months old, but they’re definitely not firm.

Stuffs were so nice and friendly. Clean everywhere and quite. And loved pretty courtyard.

The grounds were lovely, beautiful rooms. A lovely eco-luxury feel that I loved.
Would have loved some more fruit at breakfast?

Anything positive that I might have written is negated by the fact that they weren't fully honest about the accommodation.
We booked a villa but what they don't tell you is that it is off site about 150m up the road on what is effectively wasteland. It is clearly deliberate that they don't mention it on the Booking.com website and that they don't show any photos of the outdoor space. We were expecting to be on site and be able to come out of our accommodation and enjoy the lush grounds and pool area but obviously that wasn't possible and it completely ruined our stay.

everything
no dining options except continental breakfast.

Landscape pretty.
spa sauna nice

Room Layout/Design
Dozens of mosquitos in our room, bugs!
hair and gross caked food in fridge
hair all over bed
toilet paper was SO thin.
Top dead bolt (lock) on Villa door was a pain to jiggle and work to unlock.
Road construction woke us up at 7 am in front of our bedroom.
"Villas" are literally outside and down the street from the property. In a different building. Not within the spa walls of the springs. (did not catch that from description )
So you had to get in car and drive to spa.
Not cool when they're so expensive
Kitchen appliances dated.
Musky unclean feel to room.
