Not worth the money and stinks as well as mould everywhere

Everything was mouldy. You could smell the mould just looked a mess as soon as you walked in the front door.

Very good

It is a Hostel and not a Hotel. So, we should expect the facilities as per hostel and not compare with a hotel. It has not promised breakfast but you have the liberty to prepare your breakfast as per your taste. In the shared bathrooms, they have provide the best quality hair wash and body wash lotions and the best bath soap. They keep proper stock of towels, the tooth brushes and toothpaste tubes ready for the use of guests. The kitchen is well equipped with a Rice Cooker, Micro oven, coffee machine and much more.

It is better they could mention about Subway Station and also the Airport Limousine Bus stops a bit more clearly. On the first day of arrival we had a bit diffulties in finding the location.

The rooms need a good repairing, take new pictures of the rooms as they don't meet the expectations.

Checking in was quite long as the staff didn't know what room I booked, first of all the gave me the room without a faucet so the pipe was just sticking out of the wall. Mold was everywhere because of the bathroom inside the room. It was dirty in the kitchen and everything was very messy. The ventilation wasn't working as it was spring though it was very humid inside and outside. The fan in the room was dusty. Even though I came in the room only to sleep and to take a shower it was still supposed to be clean and repaired. And it was really difficult to contact with staff as there was no one at the reception desk almost all of the time. The pictures don't meet the expectations.

If you can, go to other hotel

Silent during night and cheap. Sotres and metro close to hotel

Very very dirty, A/C is automatic and you can’t turn it on or off, so maybe at 03:00 AM it statrts to work at maximum power, you don’t know when it starts or stop. I got a cold for sleeping in that hotel.

A bit disappointed with the service. they didn’t told us in advance about the room problem. when we arrive, suddenly they ask us to go to other place by walking of 10min with our stuff and so tired that day. The other place they ask us to stay was not that bad but the room has so many dust that make my nose itching the whole night. i hope the room can be deep clean. Also to refill the shower stuff. When we were there the shampoo and body soap was finish.

it’s nice and recommended for short-trip travelers!

location is near an mrt station, surrounded by delicious local restaurants. the facilities are perfect too; there are fridge, washing machine, dryer, kitchen, vending machine, clothes iron and others.

no elevator. the restroom in the room is too small.

Disgusting room and linen

It was warm.

I am not a picky person and this was literally the worst hostel I have ever been. My room was dirty: hairs and stains in the bed sheets and douvet (they were not changed). A used towel on top of the table. Bin full of garbage. A cup with rests of a drink in the fridge. Bad smellAlso, none of the 3 showers in my level were working. Absolutely disgusting.

Satisfied in general but with some minor issues that shall have been solved and repaired

The single room I was living is good, hygienic, and quiet.

There are no lifts / elevator. The windows are kinda broken, which leaks freezing wind in to the room.

Cheap, no service, was moved to stay in another hostel even though paid

Cheap/reasonable price. Help, when transfer to another hostel nearby

Paid + left luggage there but when return at night, no rooms. The reception helped finding an option for us and we then stayed in another hostel, no staff there, no service but location is great, near subway. Thank god that the reception is helpful enough to help to transfer not left us out there without getting the room.

If you are only staying a few nights and have a private bathroom, it is suitable for one person.

I liked the location of the accommodation. The room size is small but suitable for one person. The price included a private bathroom, so the price was acceptable. The accommodation was easily accessible by shuttle bus and was close to the bus stop. Lots of things nearby!

Unfortunately, I was not able to change the accommodation reservation online with the owner even in two weeks. I booked three nights, but I could only stay two, which I notified in time. He assured us that we would sort it out, but he wanted to pay for the three nights. In the end, I paid for two nights ... it was not up to me to change the reservation, so he realized that I was right. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not clean and the shared kitchen was very dirty. Unfortunately, there is no elevator in the hotel, and my room was on the top floor.

Superb

I loved that I have my own bathroom in my room. I originally booked a different hostel but was disappointed. I impromptu booked this hotel and allowed me to check in 4hrs earlier. The staff was very accommodating and even carried my suitcase without me asking for it. Totally recommended! Great value for money and location is pretty convenient too.

It was nice to have an own room and the kitchen had all the facilities needed. Also, it was close to the station and the beds were okay aswell.

It is fairly good for the price for 11 nights and near to the train station

The room wasn't clean enough, the smell of drainage in the bathroom (private room) was bad but not really a big deal make sure you turn on the exhaust fan all the time to avoid the smell inside the bathroom drainage.

Pleasant

Decent location for a reasonable price. Assistant staff member were really nice.

Upon arriving found out our room wasn't available via telephone call. Offered to stay in a different location but not clear where or how to get to it, and then didnt answer future calls so had to wait around for an hour before any staff arrived to help sort it out. 🙁 Rooms and corridors has a constant stale air smell. Room has aircon - but apparently it only works if it's warmer than 20 something degrees outside so there's no way to regulate temperature if it's warm inside.
