La vue, l’emplacement.

Équipements assez vieillots, deuxième chambre compliquée à installer (lit dans le bureau contre le mur pas d’indications, en hauteur, compliqué pour des enfants).

A beautiful, comfortable and quiet place to relax, watch the ocean and wildlife!

The location was exceptional, the view each day was amazing! Well appointed kitchen, comfy beds.

We had a small issue when the advertised BBQ grill was not on site. However, it was quickly resolved after a brief call. Grill was delivered soon after, and was great to have for meals grilled on the deck.

We would stay here again just for the location. Right on the water!

The location was exceptional, right on the water in a sheltered little bay. Kitchen had almost everything we needed to cook and bake for the holidays. We saw eagles every day right outside. They were even fishing. We walked on the beach at low tide every day. All the rooms had a view of the water.

The second bedroom, a Murphy bed, was rather odd. There was no explanation of how to find it and use it. It had a hard wooden frame, very high up, and creaked all night long. There was also no explanation of the heating system, which also was very odd. Each room had a different kind of heater and it took us one day to get them all adjusted correctly. The first night we were freezing then woke up sweating.

Would definitely come back and stay for longer next time,

Fantastic location right on the beach just above the tide line on Penn Cove. Beautiful sunrise and seabirds. Sleek and modern property with sliding doors out to the beach.

The kitchen could have been better stocked and some of the pots and pans needed a wash, we only stayed one night and didn't cook so it wasn't an issue. An electric teakettle would be a great addition as there was no stovetop teakettle and the pots provided didn't pour well, minor detail though.

Disappointed

It was pretty

Very nosy neighbors who seem to stare at us constantly, really made us feel uncomfortable. So much mold and windows filthy.

Wonder House is now on our list of "Absolutely Must Return To" getaway spots!

Location was fantastic! You can't get more "waterfront" than waves lapping just outside your door at high tide! And all those windows! We saw so much wildlife, we couldn't even take it all in. What a superb beach for low tide rambling. Wow!

Dining room chairs need replacing, very uncomfortable. But we coped by bringing in the deck chairs, which were fine. There were a few quirks, like the very high Murphy bed and the sensitive smoke alarm, but every place has some, and they did not diminish our enjoyment.

The house was in a gorgeous spot! loved it

Check out was at 10am, with Vacasa. Will not use again, as that is a ridiculous check out time. Under bed was filtly and had other peoples socks and such under it. The dishwasher is missing the end piece on the arm, thus the upper rack falls off its track when pulled out. Hot water didn't come on in master bath, just luke warm water.

The recliners didn't work couldn't get the TV figured outp

Everything was really good except the checkout time was the chairs to early

Better check in time later check out time fix the chair so they work make the TV system easier to figure out

Great location but we weren't pleased with the condition of the property, especially with that price

Location is awesome. Bed was comfortable.

Kitchen sink was very, very dirty. Had not been cleaned at all, and I could only find an empty container of cleaner. Came in to a note that the dishwasher was broken. Then a note that the washer/dryer was broken (I had planned to do some laundry here to get us through the rest of our trip). Lovely deck with a lovely view, but no deck chairs. No heater in bedroom. One of the living room heaters display didn't work so we couldn't adjust it. Smoke detector was missing...just wires hanging down.
