Bella soluzione ad orlando vicino ai parchi attrazzione

Posizione eccezionale, a 10 min dai parchi piu famosi, colazione ottima e stanza spaziosa, staff cordiale e disponibile, servizi navetta per i parchi su prenotazione.Piscina carina, parcheggio gratuito, tutto ben organizzato e ben fatto.

Abbiamo riscontrato il wc un po sporco (probabilmente una disattenzione) ma il resto della camera era piuttosto ben pulito. Altra piccola cosa, il materasso del divano letto era un po scomodo, bisognerebbe cambiarlo, da coricati si sentono troppo le molle del materasso, la notte per chi ha dormito sul divano letto nn è stato il massimo. Gli altri letti invece meravigliosi

Overall it was an enjoyable stay with very nice accommodations. Would recommend to others.

Breakfast was very good with a good variety to choose from. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Tried to use the business center but printer was out of paper and ink. Staff not able to help. Very inconvenient.

Quarto muito bom.

Atendimento da recepção nao foi a contento. Sempre fila, pois normalmente ha uma pessoa so pra atender. As vezes com o gerente do lado e este nao se disponibiliza a apoiar o atendente. Bem ruim o serviço.

Awesome

The staff was pleasant, and the room was great. Just what we needed. The location is awesome, just go across the street to Universal. Breakfast was a nice selection, I enjoyed yogurt with granola. Wish they had bananas! Hint Hint. Will definitely stay there again.

There isn't much I didn't like, I would say the toaster was old and falling apart and a piece of the lamp by my side of the bed was coming off. I hope they do not charge me for those things because they were absolutely like that when we arrived.

Great staff, clean place, excellent breakfast selection.

Staff are beyond attentive and professional. The place itself is very clean and well Kept.

Only downside is that room we got, it was overlooking the roof where the generators were and it was extremely noisy. We had a hard time sleeping. I know our stay would have better if we were assigned to a better room.

Complementary parking and very good breakfast. Very good value for money

I’m a place where nothing is free, having a free parking was. a bonus. The staff was very nice and helpful. There was a complementary shuttle to Universal Orlando. I loved the breakfast they provided. And there was a very nice Japanese restaurant in a walking distance too. They were also very accommodating when we asked to leave the car for a whole day after our check out so thank you for that.

It was a bit dated and there were signs that they needed to update their bedding (spotlessly clean but had few holes from overuse).

Room was really spacious and clean

Breakfast could be a little more elaborated, nothing that will increase the price of the room, but some shelves for the bread, scramble eggs (not just fried)same food, in a better shape basically.

Pleasant stay with ample restaurants to choose from in the area.

Secure entrance to the lobby and room corridors is always something we look for.

The pool area was a little too open to public areas although it was also secure. There was no outside bar or refreshments available.

I really like it there! It was clean (accept for the shower drain), comfy and spacious!

The breakfast was good...it was very basic, but it was free so no complaints.

The shower under the drain plate was clogged with hair and slime, so the first night there the shower didn't drain out. I had to unclog and clean it myself....

Size of room and location

Dirty bathroom, no shampoo or conditioner, no toilet paper or bath towels; just hand towels and washcloths. Breakfast was put out 30min before they would let the guest touch it. Hot food was completely cold. Toaster did not work. Pool was not nice; not one guest swam.
