Comfortable, Quiet area, relaxing nice pool and whirlpool, Whitetail Staff very welcoming/helpful

Breakfast was nice, Continental: Bagels, English muffins, Muffins/Donuts verities, microwaveable Breakfast sandwiches (Biscuit egg, sausage, cheese), Yogurts, Fresh fruit, Hard boiled eggs, Cereals, Coffees, Milk, Orange Juice, Cranberry Juice etc.

Sorry, I can’t think of anything. If I had to come up with something, a few more electronic USB plugs, there were 2 in the base of the lamp. That’s the best I can do.

Up all night both nights from loud disruptive guests

Staff was very nice

The guest next to us was smoking cigarettes in their room. All night. We have little kids that had to breathe that while sleeping. They were also up all night. Loud and drunk. No one asked them to stop. The entire hall smelled like smoke. It was terrible

We had a hard time finding someone at the front desk a few times when we were trying to check in.

It's kept very nice and the bedding was so clean and comfortable, the fireplace in the room was cozy and a nice surprise. The front desk gave us excellent breakfast and dinner suggestions that we took.

Dream room facilities were excellent. Fireplace was nice. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hot tub and pool was great.

Staff was often missing from desk. They were very helpful but often not present. Rooms seemed a bit dated and could use a refresh. Breakfast could have been a little updated compared to other places. The couch was sagging and there was no desk in the room.

Beautiful setting

Extremely outdated hair dryers. I would need an extended check out time in order to dry my hair with those in the wall dryers. We have been staying here for MANY years and it’s time for an update.

Good retreat to nature

The property is right off major roads but far enough away so no noise. Surrounded by trees and animals. Superb staff. Rooms were great. Can’t rave enough about the place.
