Comfortable bed and good view out the back of hotel with nice lobby and back patio.

The curtains didn’t open fully and the view was nice so that could be improved.

Ery good night’s sleeep. Had to travel a bit for dinner.

No restaurants at this I-81 exit.

The pool was closed for repairs. It would have been nice if this could have been noted on Booking.com. This gives the customer the option to still choose or not choose this location.

Everything. The room, the staff, the food. Horrible. Will never stay there again.

We were not satisfied with our stay at all.

Breakfast was okay.

The room. It was not what we wanted. We reserved a king deluxe and had to settle for two queens because they said they sold out. Why make a reservation if you are not going to get the room you reserved? This was our anniversary and my husband is tall, so we had to sleep in separate beds. There was nasty smelly food left in our fridge that was not cleaned out by the cleaning staff. In the bathroom there were screws sticking out of the wall where a towel bar used to be. There weren’t any hooks or bars to place our wet towels to dry. Also, we did not know this was a pet friendly hotel. I am deathly afraid of dogs, and they were everywhere. People were bringing them into the breakfast area as well, all around people eating. Will NOT stay here again!!

Exceptional

This stay was amazing! I was here for a conference that was happening at Roanoke college, and this was very close and convenient to the location. The room was so amazing and it was very clean, spacious, and the bathroom was amazing! The breakfast the next day was also really tasty and, given that I had left my wallet accidentally in my room, the staff called me immediately to let me know, which was above and beyond amazing!

Quiet rooms and very comfortable beds! Easy access to 81.

Room doors slam shut and are very loud unless you ease them shut, but thar was the only noise we heard.

It was a comfy & clean space that I would visit again.

The staff at the location were great. The facility was nice & comfortable I would visit again.

I would just ask that the floor be vacuumed a little more, other than that I didn’t have any issues.

It was adequate for one night on the road. if I had to do over, I would probably try to find someplace else.

good location. The person that waited on us was nice and helpful and directing us to a place where we could have dinner.

I couldn’t find a way to turn on the fan so that we could have “white noise“ at night while we were sleeping. I couldn’t get the TV to work. I didn’t really like the hard floors, but I guess that’s what we’re coming to. It didn’t seem as clean in the room as I normally find in a motel.

Comfortable, clean stay at Fairfield Inn and Suites with a friendly staff!!

Very nice, clean, comfortable, friendly staff, and very convenient. It was un a nice area of town.

Was somewhat disappointed in the breakfast. Didn't have waffle machine and was expecting a full breakfast. That's what your website made it sound like. Also, was surprised there was no small refrigerator in room.

this is my “go to” hotel when I travel to and from New York. it’s convenient, clean and I like the gym. the staff is always nice and friendly. I brought a friend with me this time and she also liked the facility.

Cleanup!!!

My room was actually dirty, there was dirt dust and dirt in the bathroom as well as the sleeping quarters. This unit had not been cleaned thoroughly. This is extremely concerning with the ongoing epidemic and the onset of monkeypox

No bar of soap in the bathroom (did the housekeeping forget this time or something?)
