I always know I'm going to be satisfied from start to finish of my stay here!

Staff is exceptional! Jennifer, in the Bar/Restaurant is by far the best to have worked at "Burger Theory". She has an incredible inviting friendly personality that exudes customer service. Also, Alvea, Jody and the rest of your check in staff are also warm, friendly and very welcoming.This is one of my favorite Hotels to stay at. The Rooms are always spotless and kept up to high standards as the rest of rhe Hotel is also.

The pay coffee machine is really a joke. Everytime, I've used it, it wasn't working. Most other Hotels I stay in throughout the Country offer free Coffee in the Lobby area.

The breakfast was just a continental breakfast for $14. I would of rather gone to Cracker Barrel and had a better breakfast for roughly the same price

Noisy, dirty, rude.

Nothing much. A generally bad stay.

Unhelpful staff had no concept of what a ‘quiet room’ is and made out I was being difficult for wanting one, despite requesting before arrival and receiving and acknowledgment that it would not be a problem. First room was next to the (very noisy) elevator. Next room smelt like a dog had died in there. Next room had been smoked in. Finally I accepted a ‘downgrade’ room from what we had paid (in advance) for just to be in a quiet location. But due to the paper thin walls allowing all bathroom ‘activity’ from neighbouring rooms to be clearly heard, even that was not exactly quiet. And to top it all I had to argue and press hard to get a refund for the difference in price of the downgraded room. The hotel is busy with construction workers, working on the huge roadworks outside, so they don’t seem to care about simple weary travellers. They currently don’t need our business. But one day the workers will move and vacation travellers like us will not return due to. ding treated badly. Maybe the. they will realise the value of treating people with care and respect. But somehow I doubt it.

Overall, pleasant and relaxing.

Very clean, very quiet. Very relaxing, nice bed. Big room. Quiet outer hallway.

Limited food choices in only hotel restaurant. Had to get my luggage to my room myself, no offer to help me at all by hotel staff.

Breakfast buffet was good

Received the wrong room at first, then front desk told us breakfast was $10 per person, and said we can add at any time, then next day another lady told us it wasn't that price it was full price. Then when we got our room there was a dirty used wash cloth left from the people before us hanging in the shower, the water in shower and sink drained very slow. The hot tub was very dirty, the sauna was cold, and the pool was cold. When the pool opened in the morning there were no towels in the pool and when we asked someone they said tell front desk.

The stay was fair, but the lack of response to solve my issue was unacceptable

Jodi and Ruby were warm and helpful

The comforter was stained as if someone had used the room prior to my coming there. I called the front desk, and stopped down on my way out to my event, assured that it would be replaced. When I returned after midnight it was still as I had left it.

Awesome!!!!

Great location, right off the highway! Restaurant Burger Theory located inside the hotel was excellent! Hotel & rooms were very nice!

Amazing, 4th time back.

we were supposed to go together, but I got Covid and the staff were amazing as the reservation wasn’t under my name, and they walked me through what to do to make sure he could still go.

nothing, every time we are in this area, we go to this hotel. no matter what.

Great value!

Checkin was a breeze, super friendly team members. The room was clean and accommodated our needs. The restaurant food was delightful.

The hot tub/pool area was not well maintained and appeared to need a cleaning.
