The hotel location perfectly suited our needs and the staff made the whole stay easy and comfortabl.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for the locations we visited. It was close to the interstate, but not on a busy road, so it was quiet.

There is a limited amount of parking, so sometimes finding a spot was tricky.

Overall, I would stay there again.

Overall, the hotel was was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for what my family went for.

The only thing that bothered me was that the upstairs people kept running and jumping like they were playing outside. I had an infant me with and made it hard for her to nap and to sleep. I also did not like that there were no phones in the room to call downstairs.

EXTRA HIDDEN FEES THAT YOURE NOT INFORMED ABOUT MONEY GREEDY OWNERS

I loved the room and how quiet everything was

I did not like that they put a additional $240 hold on the card that did NOT go towards the damage deposit or room fee. They just put a charge on there for no reason and will only be reversed after you check out. I don't understand it as well as how we were not told about this charge prior nor was it anywhere on our notes about the hotel or made public by the hotel prior to booking a room there. Then on top of that we had a $100 damage charge that we had to pay prior to getting into the room . So in total we ended up paying about $700+ for a hotel room that was only supposed to be about $300. It was ridiculous. I wish they would have made their additional charges public so we could have been aware of them . These charges can put an extreme strain on patrons if they were not prepared for them.

A Clean Getaway

Everything including staff member Mrs. Betty and Mrs. Danielle at the front were exceptional professional. Also, the hotel was very clean and quiet.

Sketchy

Location was sketchy. There was a police chase outside the facility when we pulled up. Hotel smells like a nursing home. Staff was not professional at all. They were laughing and joking about the police chase happening outside in front of guests.

Sad no Spa Tub

Your web site said it had Spa Tub-I chose that-this facility has no Spa Tub- I was sad because this was my daughters birthday-spent my money and it was not advertised right. And the other sadness was every time I came out or enter elevator on 4th floor there was a man lounging in the chair -flip flops off talking on the phone.

Good value for a cheap price

The breakfast was decent; the coffee was out of order, but there are coffee makers in the room, so that was fine. The waffle makers worked okay and there was a decent variety of foods -- powdered eggs, bagels/toast, yogurt, cereal. Nothing special, but something to eat on your way out.

Hotel was decent, clean in the lobby area and I appreciated the water that was available in lobby

close to highway. Low noise levels. The sitting area in our room. Refrigerator in room and that breakfast was offered

Even though the location of hotel was close to our event, i did not like that we had to have transportation to go out off property. I would have like a coffee place near by or and eatery of some sort.

Accommodating & Clean

The staff were so accommodating! I arrived early & cringed at the attempt of checking in early so we could go enjoy our day; I'm glad I made the attempt, they let me with NO QUESTIONS asked!! When I asked for a late check out the next day, same luck!! Most hotels act like jerks about it & make the customer inconvenienced! This hotel was exceptionally clean!! Great location, close to six flags & many eating options. Saving this one for future visits!

Over the stay was great because their staff was top notch. Improvements with breakfast needed.

The staff was courteous, professional, and enjoyable to talk to, and the location was conveniently near the highway in a peaceful area. It was nice to retire in their comfortable beds.

The breakfast was not great at all. After the second day, I had no interest in eating it. There was not enough variety in the protein options. The cook did not properly cook the potatoes. It would have been nice to have bacon or ham as an alternative, along with grits or hash browns.

Overall the stay was ok but the location to parks was very good

Staff was very nice and if I needed anything they were fast to respond

When we pulled out the sofa bed there was still a dirty towel and sheets that housekeeping didn't take to wash also we found a empty box of cigarettes in one of the drawers

Loved it.

Breakfast was great!! They have variety of things. And room was perfectly clean.

I did stay a few nights and there was only one roll of toilet paper so i think they could add another one to the room's but other than that it was perfect.
