location was great, 5 min walk to stores Costco just down the road. 10 min to down town. soft mattress 3 pillows. close to work
staff taking to long to check people in. the beds are on 4 to 6 inch high metal frame. USB ports in room extremely slow, battery power went up 2% in an hour.

Very little
bed was horrible, pillows were horrible, towels we horrible and blankets were newspaper thin

Value, kitchen,
Doesn't have a cozy feel

The free coffee in the am was a nice touch.
The staff was usually multi tasking and almost always away from front desk

Quiet! Gym inc Peloton. Price. Room size. Kitchenette. Good water pressure and shower.
No coffee. Weird bedding. Upcharge for everything, even fresh towels. Poor drapes. Funky, ineffective AC

The location was good… the room was a decent size… everything was clean
The bed was uncomfortable and the road noise was super loud we could hear every car driving by with the window shut. I wouldn’t stay again because of the noise.

Location is okay.
Parking is free.
Unprofessional staff. I paid upon check in, and they assured me that this was the total cost for the entire stay. However, later the same day they charged my credit card for one more night. They refuse a refund even when requesting it through booking.com
Paper thin walls, where you hear everything your neighbors talk about.
Two nights there were screaming and fighting in the hallways between 3am and 5am. Front desk is not manned during the night, so there is no staff to contact to calm down people fighting.

The room was spacious, seemed clean, and had the basic stuff such as a TV, desk, chair and fridge, cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Whole Foods, Target, Costco, restaurants, and coffee shops. Also, it is very near Marymoor park, the largest park in Redmond, if you like to go for walks and visit the off-leash dog park.
As others may have described, you get what you pay for. The free wifi is unusable (1-5 Mbps), so you have to pay to get the premium one (10-20 Mbps), which costs about 7.99 USD, IIRC, and even that one is not that great, but doable. The walls are fragile, and you can hear almost anything from the rooms next to yours. I could hear the sink, the flush, the shower, the TV, and even the vibrating of other's people cell phones from the room next to mine. They should try to improve noise isolation in the rooms. The gym is a joke. There are three treadmills and two bikes, and one multi-exercise machine. You have to pay 3 USD each day to clean your room and change sheets and towels for housekeeping. No, thank you! There is no complimentary breakfast, only a coffee machine at the front desk, which is only allowed from 6 am to 10 am daily. If you need to save money or for more extended stays, it's an ok place, but you get what you pay for.

neat clean easy access
not enough cutlery and not even basic internet comp. Wi-Fi should be included for basic emails and messages. only 7 day plans even for shorter stays.

The elevator didn't work, the fire alarm was disabled in my room, and no one was available when I checked out at 8:45am

Was there breakfast available?
Did not like the fact that when I went to check in I was told my card was declined by their system. That's weird - I paid on Booking.com and the money had already been removed from my account. They wouldn't let me check in and I was told if I wanted to keep my reservation I would have to pay cash. I showed them proof of payment from my bank and the emails from Booking.com and still no-go. Would not let me check in. Thankfully, I called Booking.com and they were able to connect with the Hotel management and the situation was handled properly. Needless to say, not super impressed with how the situation was handled on the hotel's end. When I did get to my room it wasn't the room I had booked. I was supposed to have a bathtub so I could soak after the 5 hour drive - there was no tub. The walls are paper thin and I could hear everything - including the person snoring in the room next to me.

no services offered in the hotel. front desk closed at 10:00. I notified the hotel that I would likely arrive after that, but the clerk seemed put out to be bothered at 10:15 when we checked in. he reminded me several times that it was “after hours”. There was a kitchenette in the room, but no coffee maker. the only coffee in the place was a machine in the lobby and they shut it off at 10:00 am. I got there at 10:10 and was just told that coffee service ends at 10. I would expect at least an offer to accommodate a guest. The room was just OK.

The staff we encounter all were lovely and kind. I came up for a job interview and the manger was so nice and wished me good luck! The room was clean and the bed was comfy! Perfect place to stay!
We had a bit of trouble getting checked in as we were from out of town. Instructions were confusing and we later found out it was dude to short staff. Manager was extremely kind and wonderful.

It was a nightmare. Why cant hotels have standards?
The fresh vomit stain in the elevator, the terrible beds and lack of cleanliness, the weird staff and fact that the front desk person also does the laundry and lives on site, the bed moves when you do, never been in a cheaper bed in my life. Its like an Ikea bed for homeless people.

Front desk warned about a dog in room across way, if issues let her know. (W had no idea there was a dog...)
Check in was easy but took 10 minutes, but they weren't sure our room, our customer's in front of us room was ready. This was at 5:30 pm. Check in is 3. Luckily rooms ready.
Coffee machine in lobby made much better coffee than most in-room machines!
We stayed on 2nd floor. Had to use elevator bc stairs were only accessible on far ends of building. (We are generally stair walkers )

My room was not clean, had huge stains on the curtains, two holes punched in the bathroom door, dirty dishes in the kitchen, smelled unpleasant and was generally not clean. I requested another room which was cleaner but not clean enough to be comfortable. The beds look like prison cots but we’re unstable and while I can tell things were wiped down, it was with a dirty rag so dust and hair were on every surface. I stayed one night and checked out early.
See above.
There is not front desk attendant in the evening or early morning. This hotel is unlike any I’ve encountered and I do not recommend.

Location was good.
No paper towels or Kleenex provided.
8.0
Having a small kitchen in the room.
Having a gym.
The staff was kind and helped us a lot.
Walking distance to Target, Home Depot, and a few small restaurants/cafes.
They accept pets, we did not bring ours but we saw one dog.
The room could have been cleaner, the floor felt sticky.
The coffee from the free coffee machine wasn't good at all.
Our street-facing window on the lowest level didn't feel very private.
Paid WiFi was a must to work.
3.0
Huge spider, pillow had mold stains.
5.0
Location was good for the purposes we intended.
Floors should have been carpeted. Very noisy and floor had film of cleaner on it. Not pleasant to walk on.
