The aesthetics of the room were beautiful. I liked that it had a mini nook with the fridge and coffee area. The bathroom was well lit and nice. We appreciated the black out shades in the room. Parking was convenient.
The fridge in our room wasn't plugged in so our food spoiled. Room & beds were small for a queen room. Walls are super thin; we could hear the whole conversation next door to us and they weren't talking loud. The drain in the shower is metal so when the water hit it the loud sound ruined a peaceful shower.

Bar tender was super nice and restaurant food was really good. We had a great dinner on site because our son was to sick to go out and explore. Also I loved the parking situation.
The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable. The bed is super firm and the pillows were super flat. It was very hard to rest comfortably. On the second night of our stay my son got sick on the bed. The staff did not have a clean blanket only a sheet. So that night we were super cold and uncomfortable.

The staff is very friendly! The rooms are spotless and the breakfast is one of the best I have had in the States. Plenty of parking spaces in the covered garage attached to the hotel! I will definitely stay here again!

The place was great! The rooms were spotless! The beds were very comfortable & the staff were all great and friendly! I liked that there was a fridge and microwave in the room and all the upper floors were rooms, with lower floors having things such as the restaurant & pool.
The common areas, such as the hallways and elevator areas, were not the cleanest. They carpets were dirty in those areas, noticeably so.

The hotel has friendly staff and were very helpful.
The breakfast was pricey for what you get. It was more of a Holiday Inn breakfast, but the food was fine. The waitstaff was so very kind and helpful.

Cleanliness
I didn’t dislike anything about the property

Was a clean place to sleep.
When I booked the room the breakfast was supposed ro be continental and it was not. Called to question about it and the 3rd party people kept hanging up on me. There were kids in the hotel parking garage making loud noises with there cars till 1am, contacted front desk and they did nothing about it. And the bed was like sleeping on a board and the pillow was like sleeping on cotton candy, just squished down to the size of a sponge. And for the price of the non continental breakfast compared to the value of the food was outrageous.

Some of the staff were pleasant and great. The location was between his and my family, worked out good. We were on the top floor, so it was nice and quiet.
The stuff you really want to know.
We checked into room 610 on 4/28 it had so many issues. I finally called down around 1am. asking for another room.
1. Light bulb out bedside
2. Lip prints all over window
3. Holes in sheets
4. Refrigerator was open and wouldn't cool.
5. Water was coming out of the connection between the showerhead and the pipe to the wall
I spoke with Israel. He said they were not fully booked and not close. He told me I could choose either 605 or 606. I asked him if I could just switch in the morning early. We drove from Iowa.
The next morning on 4/29, go speak with the front desk. The young lady told me she didn't have any rooms. I told her I spoke with Israel and he placed notes on my room. She went to the back office. She then all of a sudden had 606 for us. We get into room 606 and the big window in this room has hand prints on it and pubic hair on the sill. The thermostat battery also went out. I noticed a blinking battery on there. I saw 3 people from housekeeping, asked them what the blinking means. They said they could fix it.
As we were checking out, I told the front desk. The girl said, ok and so it got fixed. But I had to sleep hot. I wasn't aware the thermostat battery was out, not my job to check that.
Not once did we get offered any compensation. I'm also writing to Hilton just to make sure they are aware.

The up keep of the hotel was great. The security of having to have your room key in order to go up in the elevator was nice. Pool open 24hrs a very big plus. Front desk was very friendly at all shifts and always willing to help.
At breakfast time there was a gentleman with long hair that was not rude when asked about a refill of a certain item he would roll his eyes or say there was none left. Would leave you a tab and not explain it was for certain purposes instead lead you to belive they were charging you. A smile would be great
