Peaceful setting

Great continental breakfast. Peaceful setting, yet close to Kennebunkport. Staff was very helpful suggesting places to visit.

Exceptional

Feeling safe and secure while traveling alone is a priority. From the moment I arrived I felt welcomed and knew I could rely on the staff- (Sophie). The proximity to downtown Kennebunkport was excellent. ( 5 minutes by car and just over a mile for those who want to walk. The property was well maintained and the cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional.

I highly recommend this beautifully kept lodge in a quaint area of Kennebunkport. Great value compared to the other mote

I loved that it was a few minute drive to downtown Kennebunkport and that it was in a quiet residential area. The room was extremely clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the rain shower in the bathroom was wonderful.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. Sophie the manager at the front desk was really helpful in directing us to a wonderful beach, Goose Rocks which is 10 minutes from the hotel.

Clean and quiet! Our boys enjoyed the pool all to themselves and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. A gem just a short drive from downtown Kennebunk!

Just what we were looking for on our way to friends.

Warm welcome by front desk, even helped us find a restaurant, snd check in early since we were ready to unload our car and go into town. Loved the large modern bath and comfy bed. Very quiet room on 2nd floor.

Quiet place to stay in beautiful though touristy community.

Nice lodge in a quiet location, extremely helpful lady at front desk gave us a good map and suggestions for seeing Kennebunkport.

Breakfast and room cleaning weren't being provided due to COVID; however, clean towels were readily available.

Disappointing

The location was good and the room was decent

Breakfast is on the website but they are not serving breakfast! the rooms we’re not cleaned and the towels were not changed! Dead flowers going to the pool! no garbage at the pool! The garbage outside the pool had 10 days of food in it . I wanted to vomit! Welfare recipients in the rooms. The dumpster is 10 feet away from the stairways going upstairs the smell was horrendous when it was full! The chaise lounges at the pool we’re filthy dirty! Covid is not an excuse to give the people no service you’re either open or you’re closed!

Perrrrrrrrrrrfect

Just Coffee in the office but nothing more was advertized so it was not expected. fridge in the room with small freezer for the ice packs. Large bathroom with great shower head. Beds were comfy with ectra pillows. I would stay here anytime.

A little to far for me to walk to town but not can be done, Free parking behind the fire station so not an issue.
