It was awful

Toilet wouldn't flush and there was no hot water I called and asked for a refund and nothing

No Hoy water or being able to flush the toilet.

Terrible absolutely terrible

There was nothing to like about this place

This place is horrible. I did not stay.. went around back to my room.. Broken boarded up window. Garbage all over porch. Room had been slept in. Bedding dirty . Couches on porch. People came out and were apparently living there. This is not a hotel. Unsafe terrible . I went back to get my money back, and the hotel guy was gone I called him.. his reply was get ahold of booking. Com

I will stay here again, BUT I guess I will need to bring my own Coffee supplies.

Bed was Comfortable, Shower and Bathroom was clean and Comfortable.

NO COFFEE MAKER! This was a MAJOR Dissapointment! Also not a cable TV hook up. Not crucial, but a little dissapointing.

the tv was a blank screen most of the time. really hard to see. the bathroom sink was nasty. the floors in the room. we're filthy,. walking across them barefoot or in socks you got your feet dirty. you could feel the dirt on the floor

Driving tired a little long would have been better

They allow dogs. The bed was comfortable if you could get past the uncleanliness. It was cheap for a few moments of sleep. Probably a great place for teens going to a game.

The property was very dirty and run down. The TV didn’t work. The door wouldn’t lock and if you didn’t slam the door and jiggle the handle the wind would blow it open. the safety lock was the only thing to keep the door closed. Felt like I was in the movie Vacancy.

Disappointing

Location was convenient for my needs. The staff was courteous and professional.

The room was dirty. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom and it looked like it was falling apart.

Polite crew and comfortable bed

We like Kim and Sam and the other guy in the front desk. They are very polite. Especially Miss Kim. The house keeper Amber made sure we are checked in comfortably. And the maintenance guy Chris is very helpful. I will definitely recommend it to everybody.

Very poor

I never got to stay. My room was never ready despite waiting for several hours. The desk clerk agreed to cancel my reservation and a had to get a room at another hotel at a much higher price. I was billed for $180 for a room that was never ready and was cancelled!!!! I have been fighting this charge for weeks. The worst experience I have ever had with a hotel!!!

I will stay here every time

Review for my sister Josette as she was one who stayed. I just booked it for her. She says : I will definitely stay here again. The prices are great and location is great. Plus Sam at the front desk was extremely helpful and welcoming during a very difficulttime for me. The room was big and the bed comfy. Rooms inside are super clean.

Not too bad..

The girl at the desk was very nice and friendly. The price was ok.

Hotel is various states of disrepair, but not bad enough to avoid this place. All in all it's a very economical option.

It was convenient to the college

The floor had holes in it, pull out couch had cigarettes and dirty sheets on the mattress, and door had a huge gap in it where you could see outside. I went and bought cleaning materials to clean after check in

A Place to Stay

The hotel is in a good location close to stores, restaurants, the University and the interstate. There was a fridge and microwave in the room. I learned that I had the only "Suite" in the building with two rooms, two bathrooms and two TV's.

First, I was locked out of my room for at least 30 minutes due to an issue with a battery. It was cold outside. Staff offered to put me in a double room even though I paid for a King. The only consolation received was "I'm sorry." Second, there was a big bug crawling on the wall and the ceiling. The bug didn't bother me so I didn't bother the bug. Then I found hair and a dead roach in the bathroom sink. Third, it would have been nice to have had some heat in the second room. Finally, I've never stayed in a hotel that didn't have an alarm clock, telephone AND coffeemaker.
