Location was easy to drive to other villages in Tuscany. Pool was great after a day out & perfect to watch the sunset. Our separate cottage was very private.
3.0
The location was wonderful and had beautiful views. Close to Pienza and Montepulciano.
The pool was excellent.
Furniture needs to be updated desperately… in particular the bed. It was very old and extremely uncomfortable especially being two singles pushed together that continue to seperate through the night.
Could also use some additions to the kitchen to make it more usable.
The whole place was very basic and a few simple additions to the apartment would make for a more pleasant stay.
3.5
Great site/location, wonderful view and surroundings.
Unfortunately the house itself is much below expectations, and not corresponding to the pictures nor the description. Comfort is maximum 3 Stars, poor amenities (not even a coffee machine), old fashion.
Not fitting with our definition of an Agriturismo, its in the middle of the fields, but no activities nor local products available. cooking class not available while part of the description…. the owner Riccardo welcome you very well, but doesn’t live onsite, and then no interaction nor even a message when we left… We had a good stay and vacations because the location is wonderful, but all the rest much below our expectations (especially for premium price)

The location is superb, only 10km from Multipociano. the setting is typical Tuscan and the host is fantastic.

The views were spectacular! Was a great place to take walks. The accommodation was very spacious, bathroom was large, and bedroom & kitchen & living room as well and clean; 2 stories with bedroom & bath upstairs with spectacular views and kitchen & living room downstairs. Patio to sit on. Kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies. Washer available for use (not dryer) and clothes racks for drying. There are lots of trees on the property; olive, pomegranate, and another one with red fuzzy berries, so pretty!
The bed situation was 2 twin bed pushed together and the mattresses were very hard. Not ideal.
The shower was extremely small, leaked out onto floor and there were no shelves to place shampoo, soap, etc.
Unfortunately, we were looking for a quiet stay, but the surrounding fields were being plowed for 2 days, which was noisy and not ideal for peace & quiet. That was just bad timing.

location outstanding, but several miles from nearest shop / restaurants
swimming pool excellent but not heated
large bedroom, sitting room/kitchen/dining area
Old , shabby furniture ,stains on duvet
oven not cleaned properly
No microwave as advertised
no coffee machine as advertised ( just
a coffee pot )
no in room washing machine as advertised ( a communal one -not very clean ,in a grubby outhouse, along with ironing board and iron )
had to ask for wine glasses and corkscrew !
stayed for 7 days, no offer of bedding or towel changes, or any cleaning etc

This place was magical! I loved every corner of the property, the view where you could see small towns like Pienza. Absolutely wish to come back. Quiet and calm place to stay and think only about Italien food, wine and reading a book. Riccardo was helpful and nice guy.
Everything was clean and for an invite we got basket full of local food. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

So this place is situated in a stunning countryside setting with rolling Tuscan hills and a gorgeous pool with fabulous views of the surrounding farmland. The pool was still just about warm enough to swim in by the end of September. Its well located for visiting Montepulciano, Pienza and other surrounding villages. The host, Riccardo was charming and super helpful and told us some good places to visit and eat and even sorted out fixing the wifi on a Sunday ( a storm hit just before we arrived). Our room was a very cute self contained unit where we could park right outside and had a private seating area that was sunny for eating breakfast outside. There was a welcome pack with a few basics for us which was thoughtful. We stayed 3 nights and had a lovely long walk along the gravel road towards the neighbouring farms one evening.
Our bedroom was a good size and it was nice to have basic cooking facilities and although we love rustic the decor was a little dated compared to other places we stayed, despite being the most expensive. It would have been nice to have an information pack of local places etc and how the recycling worked. Be aware the approach road is gravel track for 2 km and is well maintained but we took it very slowly in our sports car and you need to drive to get to any restaurants.

The view is amazing. The rooms are in a beautiful historic building. Nearby Pienza and Montepulciano are easy to reach. It is a perfect place in southern Tuscany.

Great location, Free parking, nice sunset
We selected this property because of the pool.
However, the pool was closed and we were not informed on time.
The property was averagely cleaned and there was no place to chill outside. We were hoping to chill while enjoying the beautiful views, but there were only a few chairs and no staff member to accommodate our needs.

The best place we stayed at during our trip around Italy, perfect in every sense - amazing location, beautiful surroundings, spacious characterful house equipped with everything you may need, easy communication with the owner. Highly recommend for those looking to experience the genuine Tuscany.

Gorgeous atmosphere so quintessential Tuscany. Riccardo, the owner was a wonderful host. The property has a great outside eating area with a bbq. The house is well equipped and it’s very peaceful and relaxing.
I liked everything.

We loved the small cottage style, è everything very clean! Perfect for a weekend away from the city :)
It was a little bit cold and we couldn’t turn on the heat.
Despite being very clean, the place was full of bugs, maybe because it’s in the middle of the countryside, so even if there’s no much they can do about it, it’s still important to let people know.

The property is exceptional and has an amazing view
The host was very nice and helpful
We had a great dinner at Ristorante 13 Gobbi
The appartement is very old fashioned and would need an relooking
That’s why we think it was a little expensive
We weren’t aware that chosing an agriturismo ( appartement) there would be no dinner possibility
-> not the property fault
