Mauvais . Passez votre chemin !

Seulement le personnel qui était gentil

Ce n’est pas un 4 étoiles , même pas 2. La chambre pas propre du tout, l’arrivée devait se faire à 16h, nous avons dû attendre encore une heure. De la saleté bien visible sur les portes, la poignée de la porte collait au contact des mains. Problème d’écoulement dans la douche, on s’est douchait avec une eau stagnante aux pieds. La piscine pas propre du tout , des bandes jaunes vertes autour des jointures . Les photos montrent un endroit joli avec une vue sur la mer mais ils n’ont pas pris en photo le bâtiment en construction autour de la piscine. Parlons maintenant du petit-déjeuner : catastrophique. Nous sommes arrivés vers 9h , nous avons dû attendre quelques minutes et faire la queue car pas assez de places pour tout le monde. Les viennoiseries peu, voir plus sur leurs présentoirs, le salé pas varié, des produits pas de qualité .

Sehr schönes Hotel in traumhafter Kulisse.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und das Personal überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Reinigungskräfte schnell und effizient. Am Hotel ist wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Der Pool ist sehr schön angelegt und man bekommt (zumindest zu dieser Jahreszeit) immer einen Platz. Auch Parkplätze außerhalb des Hotels waren zu bekommen.

Das Frühstück ist, wie in Italien üblich, eher spärlich bestückt. Leider hatten wir auf dem Zimmer kein WLAN. Dies wurde erst an unserem letzten Tag behoben. Ich führe das mal auf Instandsetzungsarbeiten außerhalb der Saison zurück.

Not so impressing…

Nice pool area but had to ask for towels in the reception since personnel in pool bar (during daytime) spoke absolutely no english. Toilet an shower in pool area wasn’t cleaned during the 4 nights we stayed there…

Hair in the shower when we moved in… Water leakage in the roof ( “we will look into that first thing in the morning” so we had to put a bucket under the leakage during the night…) and the so called balcony was two chairs looking down into the parking garage… To finish off the reception tried to charge us for the room we’ve already paid for through Booking.com. Not deeply impressed…

Perfect hotel!

My husband and I got married nearby to the hotel and booked it out for us and our guests to stay in. The staff were incredible, so helpful to everyone and all our guests commented what a perfect hotel it was. The pool area is beautiful with an amazing sea view and the rooms and facilities are really good. Short walk to all the restaurants and bars and coves where you can swim in the sea. Would recommend this hotel to anyone! Thanks so much for your amazing hospitality!

Good for one or two nights

The friendly staff was wonderfull, they help you with all the small requests. Beautiful small garden and big pool, very clean, big terrasse by the room.

The breakfast is every day the same thing, no variation and not much choise. When you stay multiple days it's not very nice. When you arrive for breakfast, there is not always a table ready, and the buffet is not reloaded on time. The village is very noisy at night there is music almost every evening. In the hotel there is music playing in the hall during the day which you can hear in the room, it's disturbing. The hotel was not really a place to rest. In the village are not much restaurants. The rooms are pretty small. You have to park in the street if you don't want to pay every day in the private parking.

A wonderful base to explore this part of Italy for several days.

Wonderful location very close to the sea in a charming town on Italy’s coast in Puglia. The hotel was renovated about a decade ago and the interior is very nice. The breakfast was generous and delicious and a very good value as it was included in the price. As we visited in early October, it was the off-season. The weather was very good, but there were very few tourists in the area. The room rate was an exceptional value for the quality of the hotel. We also enjoyed the on-site spa facilities. Every single member of the staff that we interacted with was polite, helpful, and spoke English very well.

Sadly, the fantastic looking pool was closed during the off-season, even though the weather was still nice enough for swimming.

Superb

Hotel staffs were very helpful, communicative, and friendly. Restaurant was amazing too and we had dinner here every day during the stay. The outdoor pool is also well designed and the view from there was enjoyable. We spent totally relaxing days.

Spa facility; it's not like something you expect from some resort hotel. Turkish bath that is made of plastic and leaking, Finnish sauna which are designed to accommodate 4 but practically 2, hot tab also in plastic. The outdoor pool closed around 7PM, which is too early even in September.

Very good experience

Hotel Aurora Del Benessere exceeded my expectations - I stayed there for 3 nights and picked a larger room on the 2nd floor of the hotel with separate entrance. At first the lighting of the room seemed un-sufficient, but this is something you get used to, there is plenty of sunshine outside. I really liked the size of the room, the size of the bathroom, everything was OK and comfortable, the room is not fancy, but the space and comfort is good. I also liked the reception staff and breakfast. Funny thing - normally a hotel over-promotes its own restaurants and services, this time the hotel briefly mentioned restaurant Kahlo, but they should have recommended it more :). I only managed to have a light dinner on the final night and found out that Kahlo probably was the best restaurant in this small city. If I had known it before - well, easy life, best dinner is downstairs :).

Breakfast ok, I enjoyed the proximity to Miggiano, Bagni Marina (good restaurant ) Parking avail in garage ( a little bit expensive 15€ though..)

Old Aircondition units, very noisy and almost not cooling, and for such an SPA establishment and aim to be "luxury" they need to replace the old worn equipment to new ones ! We almost got no sleep.. hot and the buzzing AC. Also no towels available or given for the use of their pool - we had to go out and buy new ones.. ( in a SPA hotel !)

We are dissapointed!

The pool was OK

This wasn’t a proper seaview as stated on the site. You could rather see the buildings and the sea as a thin line from the window.. The walls were dirty in the room and in the bathroom and plaster/paint was falling down in places. The drain in the shower where partally blocked and the water didnt go down properly therefore it got a bit disgusting This is definately not a 4 star hotel!!!

Cannot wait to go back.

I loved the restaurant. I chose the hotel because of the fabulous breakfast and I was super excited to find out the restaurant you can have dinner at, has the same chef Gianfranco Carlà. I had such an amazing experience that I booked dinner two days in a row. If you are a staying at the hotel, they also give you 10% discount. The hotel has a perfect location, so you can park the car just outside and reach the center and the sea on foot. It has an amazing pool with view of the sea where you can also have a snack. Definitely go back and suggest the place. Kahlo restaurant is going to become a must stop along the way of Puglia. The hotel also has amazing deals in terms of prices.

The room could have been better, but for the price I paid I was super happy.

Fantastic value for money and great staff.

This is a tremendous value for money hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Isabella on Reception was attentive and helpful with local knowledge. The pool/pool bar is great and we used it everyday after our excursions to relax. The restaurant was excellent and the Chef did prepare some specific dishes for us as requested.

Parking was on the street and a bit random, but not a major issue.

fridge didn’t work. pool area had no lunch offering (despite there being loads in the menus). spa was closed when we wanted to use it - what’s the point in a spa if it’s shut (recommend you book earlier)

Amazing swimming pool, friendly staff, but not super clean.

The swimming pool with a great sea view. The friendly staff and nice breakfast. Also the hotel is situated in a really nice and calm town.

In general, it didn't feel very clean. Based on the smells and stains in the hotel and room, there were some moist issues here and there.

Lovely hotel and front desk staff but expensive spa and awful area

The hotel was clean and the night staff were very friendly and helpful - nice hotel in terms of decor.

The surroundings aren’t nice outside the hotel (plus nearly everything was closed and there was a horrible smell!). The fridge in our room didn’t work, the spa is very expensive and the language barrier was a little too hard for even basic communication at times. The lady in the spa was almost rude (to the point that we didn’t want to go back for pre-booked treatments the next day) and made us feel like wanting to use the facilities was an inconvenience. We left early but cannot thank the evening staff enough (we didn’t catch the gentleman’s name) as well as the young lady who checked us out this morning.

Stunning place!

Everything was perfect! The room was really clean with a beautiful view ! Mr Livio was super accommodating and also all the staff was professional and nice. Amazing breakfast with a big selection and of course..Pasticciotto! We had a great time and definitely highly recommended!!! 10 stars!

The pool and poolbar were very nice.

The ability to get some food would be helpfull, but I was noticed before arriving that there was no restaurant, so can't really complain about that.
