El hotel muy bonito y un trato excelente por parte del personal pero la cama me resultó incomoda. No dormí apenas ninguna de las dos noches que me alojé en el hotel a pesar de que estaba muy silenciosa y muy bonita.

Beautiful hotel in great location

This hotel is like a little oasis in a great central location. The decor was beautiful and the room was spacious with air conditioning. Breakfast had plenty of options and great coffee! We will definitely be returning - Zaragoza is a beautiful city.

Nothing - we really enjoyed our stay. The only comment we have is - It would have been nice to have access to the roof terrace in the evening - not just for breakfast.

En proceso de reforma. Esteticamente muy acogedor.

Lo que han reformado está hecho con mucho gusto y detalle; es muy acogedor. El espacio del desayuno es precioso con buenas vistas a los tejados del centro. El desayuno delicioso. El personal amable y dispuesto.

La habitación, entendiendo que está en reformas era demasiado ruidosa. Y la categoría de doble superior me pareció confusa en relación a la oferta de booking. Había un evento privado y no podíamos utilizar los espacios comunes. Echamos en falta una zona para poder coger un cafe o un agua.

Zentral gelegenes, wunderschön eingerichtetes Boutique-Hotel

Das Frühstück im Dachboden war sehr schön und es gab eine große Auswahl, die Aussicht von der Terrasse war wunderbar, es ist alles sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, das Bad war sehr groß und die Regendusche fantastisch. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, parken kann man für 15 Euro in der Tiefgarage vorm Hotel.

Das Bett war etwas kurz und die Ausstattung im Zimmer etwas spartanisch, aber sonst sehr schön

Sehr schönes Hotel in Altstadtnähe

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Hotel (Lobby und Zimmer), großes Bad, gute Lage zur Altstadt.

Frühstück hätte für mich etwas mehr "Gesundes" enthalten dürfen, aber Kuchen/süße Teilchen waren dafür sehr gut! Achtung, die Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage ist zwar direkt ggü. dem Hotel, aber etwas schwierig zu finden!

Hotel muy bonito y bien ubicado

La decoración es espectacular. Todo hecho con mucho gusto aunque todavía les quedan zonas por remodelar, el hotel en si está muy bonito. La cama aunque de 150/160cm era cómoda y la presión de agua en la ducha muy buena.

Hacía mucho calor en la habitación, el aire no funcionaba bien y aunque nos trajeron un ventilador, no fue tan cómodo como esperábamos. El extractor del baño tampoco funcionaba y el vapor de la ducha todavía daba más sensación de bochorno. Encontré a faltar una tortilla o huevo revuelto en el desayuno, pero no hay cocina.

Mala recepción en Zaragoza

La ubicación muy buena. El hotel impresiona bien por las salas que tiene en planta baja dado que están muy bien decoradas. El desayuno es bueno

Lo peor de este hotel es la atención del personal de recepción. Me exigieron un depósito por eventuales daños a la propiedad. Ningún hotel solicita esto y además al hacer el check out llamaron al personal de limpieza para corroborar que la habitación estuviera en condiciones. Somos una pareja de 65 años sin mascotas. Que podíamos destruir en una noche de hotel?? Además La habitación no tenía un frigobar ni una caja de seguridad Tampoco una pava eléctrica. No lo recomiendo. Busquen opciones mejores

Lovely little stay (stop off on the way to Barcelona from Madrid) and very comfortable. Super!

Hotel was being renovated, and our room was the old layout. Functional and comfortable. The new decor in the other parts of the hotel were fantastic. Breakfast was a standout, great value for money. Super location.

Shame there was no bar in the hotel, but good choices locally so not too much of a disadvantage.

I was a disappointed - what is advertised is not what you get. The room was old and small, nothing like the photos on Booking.com and the bed and pillows extremely uncomfortable. Not impressed with this despite initial excitement

The ground floor is beautiful, some rooms are renovated and great but if you have a old.room, ot is really kitsch. The breakfast is ok and you can find good restaurant in the town

No fridge in the room to keep fresh water and for.the price, we could have complementary coffee, water, tea...that is not.what we expect from such hotel
