Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Het was echt fantastisch om in zo'n aangename sfeer bij jullie te vertoeven.

The accommodation was lovely and comfortable but what was really a pleasant surprise was the quality of the food for dinner and breakfast. The location is also lovely in a quiet little village. We’re telling all our friends!

Staff were lovely and professional. They were helpful. Room was small but had everything. Location was perfect for Tunnel. Swimming pool was great. Restaurant was across the road. Didn't get chan e to explore. Will definitely return

We stayed here several times before lock down and the improvements they have made since then have enhanced this hotel even more
A lovely friendly welcome from the two ladies in reception, lots of easy parking, the new terrace bar is an absolute bonus and we enjoyed drinks and a very nice charcuterie planche for a late lunch.
We didn't have time to use the pool but will do next time, the room was comfortable, newly renovated and spotlessly clean and included a useful mini fridge, hospitality tray and toiletries in the bathroom.
We had a tasty meal in the attached restaurant but feel there is still room for improvement, although staff were very friendly, service was efficient and food was OK
It's also an easy 5-10 minute drive from Eurotunnel
The restaurant that is attached to the hotel is still a bit like eating in a school canteen
Portions were huge and it was all a bit overwhelming and rushed

A very quiet room and the spa was very good and modern.
The hotel is on two sides separated by a tourist road so have to be careful to pull out in the car in busy times.

we were unable to dine in the restaurant because of a block booking. In future would like to see the facility to book the restaurant at the same time as the room.

Stayed here about 25 years ago and surprised how it had expanded without losing its charm.
Thought the Restaurant Menu was quite limited especially if you were staying for a few days.

When we booked we looked at pictures of the rooms which looked good however when we arrived we were in room 34 which was basically a box room and were charged 140 euros for ir. We asked to move and they said they were fully booked. On checkout they said we should have booked direct as they have rooms which are very small and unmodernised which are sold via third parties and are not available pictures when you look online. Woman who checked us out was appallingly rude so if you do go here make sure you avoid room 34. Their restaurant was also average at best - their spa however was very nice.
Room was shocking

We ate dinner in their restaurant across the road. Meal was delicious. Service excellent.
Did not have breakfast as left for early channel crossing.
Room was clean and very comfortable and general location of the hotel was lovely..and only 750 m walk to beach.
Nothing!

Excellent facilities, helpful staff, clean and great food.
Our bedroom was located on the road and it was rather noisy from early morning.

The hotel is located within walking distance of the beach, some good. Cycling from the front door and a car park, the addition of the pool is a real plus as makes a stay there even nicer, we have been coming here for 20+ years On and off. Food is good and delivers really good value for money
Two chairs in the room would be good so you do not have to sit on the bed and lack of usb charging point

we have stayed many times before and really liked the improvements that have been made. the swimming pool and spa areas are lovely.
One of the owners was a bit difficult on arrival. I had emailed ahead to say we would be arriving early and asked would it be possible to use the facilities while we waited for our room to be ready. The lady didn’t want to accept this when I explained but this might be due to the language barrier. However someone else took over and it was all resolved without further issue. All the other staff were helpful and friendly.
