Well stay again with the hope details would improve.

Best location. Great front desk staff.

Housekeeping was disappointing. We had to ask for supplies that should have been provided by housekeeping if they were focused on their job. A simple checklist reviewed before they considered a room prepared would help.

I’m here in town for a funeral and marriot definitely made it more like a vacato

Very Clean and well kept ! Every amenity is very easy to find! On Site Laundry Hot Tub & Pool Exercise Room A Cafe offering Starbucks Coffee , Breakfast, Lunch & Early Dinner No Complimentary Breakfast you must pay for at that time Small Store for Vending Items way overpriced

The elevators did not work the 1st half of my stay (4 days) Now both of them are working

not worth the money

not much. The room and hotel was clean.

pool was closed. The restaurant was closed (Chef on Vacation). only coffee in the room, I don't drink coffee. Had to pay for a cup of tea. Had to pay for 1 cold pc of bread(toast)with cold butter, 2 over cooked eggs and 2 pc bacon...$12.00. The breakfast burrito was hard a rock. I paid $144.00 per night for the worst stay in a hotel I have ever had

Superb

Clean. Huge bathroom with adequate towels. I didn't have to contact desk for more which seems to be the new normal in most hotels. Great location near restaurants and stores and 94. Price was good.

Breakfast was just a to go bag. Not sure if it was really free because there was a handwritten 3.50 price tag??? Bed was a little worn out.

Really poor property and would like a refund

The pool was out of order, the thermostat did not work in our room, some fixtures were loose on the wall. The website said breakfast included and there was none. And the bar was closed due to staffing. Will not go back. I want a refund

Disappointed in the facility and not keeping their hot tub even warm compared to the pool.

Room was clean and nice sized.

Really just wanted a relaxing night in the hot tub but the water was colder than the pool even. Very disappointed!

Exceptional

The staff was AMAZING! They were able to make great recommendations on local spots. The cleaning team did a great job. Everyone was accommodating - no questions was to small or too big for them. THANKS FOR HAVING SUCH AN AMAZING STAFF!!

Very poor

Staff was nice despite horrible overall experience/ conditions.

Several things, sadly. No breakfast, no bar, no hot tub- all out of order or not operable without discount given. Charged for parking without being told. Tried checking in 3 times and room/suite not cleaned from previous guest- called in advance to check in 45 min early, had to call 3 times before anyone answered phone. Then couldnt check in early, couldn’t even check in ON TIME- had to go do something for hours before getting into room. Staff very nice though. Then room had dirty plunger in bath, and smelled like pee too. There was zero shampoo in room so had to call front desk. No breakfast food offered or bar like promoted online when booked. Very disappointed. Usually not the case with marriott but our experience was awful.

Room was clean, well stocked and very nice. staff was friendly.

Hot Tub was Closed. Kitchen was closed. I wish I would have been notified of the limited services and the kitchen being closed before check in so I could have better prepared for my trip.

Location

The hotel had no Vacuums for staff to use. I know because our floor and furniture had food on it upon checking in and when I asked housekeeping why they were sweeping instead of vacuuming, that's what I was told. The same paper and dust bunnies were on the floor the whole time we were there. My husband asked for our room to be changed because we were at the very end of the hall and the door looked like it had been broken into. On the bright side they have very comfortable beds and the location can't be beat.
