Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Das Personal nett aber trotzdem nicht organisiert in vielen Bereichen. Dass essen im Restaurant könnte besser sein. Preis Leistung stimmt nicht. Unmöglich fand ich, da unsere Abreise sehr früh war und wir mit Frühstück gebucht hatten, haben wir um ein Frühstück to go mehrfach angefragt und wurde auch problemlos bestätigt. Leider ohne Kaffee, ein trockenes Sandwich ohne Aufstrich oder Tomate. Alles vom Tag davor…. Und Das für 30 Euro….Das war richtig unverschämt !

this was our favourite stay from an 8 week trip around Europe! Can't fault it at all the pool/spa area was lovely, with both an outside pool and indoor pool. plus steam room, sauna and jacuzzi the building and grounds are beautiful staff were lovely 12pm check out was the icing on the cake

Beautiful small hotel with lovely views, amazing food and grounds.

Very beautiful location. Immaculate gardens and pool very nice spa. Restaurant dinner offering superb and lovely breakfast.

Gym was really old and lots of the equipment didn’t work. The treadmill was completely broken and the elliptical only worked on the freestyle mode. The Multi cable machine needed oiling and was reliant and clearly in need of some repair and restoration. For people like me, I book hotels based on the standard of the gym so it is it was a very important part of hotels facilities. My husband didn’t work out as he couldn’t use the gym as it was so poor for him to get a Good workout.

Pillows are very poor quality indeed, would expect much better in this standard of hotel or at least the choice of something else other then cheap foam pillows! indoor pool very cold in fact only degree or 2 warmer then the outdoor one and that was in October!

Pure relaxation, absolute gem of a place!

This was our 2nd time here and loved it this time as much as the first. The staff are super helpful and can’t do enough for you. The room was lovely, super comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast and pool and spa amazing.

A secret gem

From the moment you drive towards the hotel you know you have arrived somewhere special. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. Each of our rooms were magnificent (we had 3) - and immediately we wished we were staying for a longer period of time. The spa is super lovely - next time we will avail of a treatment

Superb

Staff all genuinely lovely & super helpful… a highlight of the stay for sure. Beautiful views, gardens & property. Super close to mountains for cycling. Secure bike storage. Very relaxed atmosphere, plenty of space for all guests to enjoy their stay. Lovely pool/ spa area/ massage. Tasty & varied breakfast.

Could hear the road sometimes (depending on location within grounds & wind direction … sometimes quiet/ muffled by the wind) - did not make it any less peaceful there and I may just be sensitive to such noises. For €15 euro each would be great to have the full range of hot options available each day (i.e. on some days there were no eggs… imagine if we had asked they would provide since they were very accommodating). But good variety of tasty options still. Some of dinner menu was tasty (especially the “cod special”/ Coca Trampo/ croquetas) but menu could be enhanced by varying throughout the week - I understand in the past it was different but due to pandemic it had to be changed this season, which is fair enough … has been a tough year for all!

Great place, nice vibe, Pool, Spa and Gym are fine, easy access to the Highway to get everywhere.

Breakfast was good, but in general the food at the restaurant could be a bit better in our opinion. It was ok, but if it was great our stay would have been even better.

Beautiful stay

A beautiful location with great facilities and brilliant staff. The communal areas have been beautifully restored from the original Finca, the junior suite was lovely and having a terrace was great, my only suggestion would be that the rooms could have more hints to the history of the location. Pool and spa facilities are well kept, the spa area is a welcome break from the heat of the sun. We enjoyed a fantastic massage. A well thought out small menu with reasonable prices is available for lunch and dinner.

Lovely hotel but a couple of kinks to iron out

Really nice hotel that’s been expertly renovated. Beautiful pool area, and stunning views. Large, comfortable room with partially enclosed bathroom (rainfall shower and toilet each individually screened off, freestanding bath and sink area open to room). Suitable location to explore some of inland Mallorca, do some cycling and hiking, and also close enough to drive to various parts of the north coast on day trips. We were out during the day most days and used the pool area late afternoon on returning, which was perfect for mid summer. Rental car essential, nothing within walking distance.

We stayed in a room with a terrace separate from the main building. No WiFi in the room, they provided a plug in router one day later which worked perfectly, but they’ve been operating since 2012 so must know the WiFi doesn’t reach those rooms! Have to leave the shower running a long time to get hot water coming through, only one day this didn’t work and I had to have a cold shower. The terrace area felt a little like a cage with wire mesh fencing around it, all other rooms seemed to have some greenery on the fencing which provided some privacy, I think we were unlucky that ours didn’t so anyone walking by would have seen straight in. Breakfast was a large and varied buffet spread, but hot items being kept warm never quite works, would have been better to make eggs individually to order and have the rest as a buffet. Wait staff at breakfast permanently came across as flustered and stressed, which for an idyllic relaxing retreat didn’t help the atmosphere much. Could do with more shades for breakfast tables. Very small lunch and dinner menu, we had one lunch and one dinner at the hotel in a stay of 5 nights and although the food was good we wouldn’t have wanted to eat there more than that, drove to nearby villages otherwise (check out Es Rustic Petit Restaurant in Consell, absolutely sublime!). Our access cards to the room stopped working one day early, had to request access after getting in from a long day out hiking! Apparently they’d accidentally put the wrong date. The next morning our access card didn’t work again when returning from breakfast despite check out being 12 as they’d then put the wrong time, not a big deal but you don’t expect these kind of inconveniences when staying somewhere with this rating. Overall we did really enjoy our stay, and would recommend it to anyone, and I expect others did not have the little hiccups we had and would certainly rate the place as excellent!

Amazing time on Mallorca

We had an amazing time! The view on the mountains is perfect during breakfast. We also used the sauna and spa area - small but there's all you need to chill out. And the service was great. Thanks for the nice time, we will come back!

Great experience and first time staying in Consell

From arrival to departure the staff in the reception were excellent. The choice of food in the Restaurant was great and the setting was spectacular The building and the rooms were exceptional

The hotel was very quiet even though it was almost fully booked. In the restaurant the lack of diners lead to a slightly dull atmosphere but the food made up for it
