Not worth the money, too dated back in the 50's, nothing works, no central air, ripped couch

The kitchen was ok, and it was convenient to have a modern very small washer and dryer in the kitchen

The tv didn't work in the Bedroom, nor the fan. The Cable really doesn’t work, for all of 5 channels. It doesn’t have central air at all in the house!!! The couch is horrific and ripped, and should have at least had slip covers put on them for as much as you charged. The house is still stuck in the 50's, and desperately needs a new couch and $1,000 worth of upgrades to be brought to current competitive renting standards - with the same that is charged for almost $5,000 for a week, It really was only worth half of that cost. The biggest plus is that it's a great size rental, and I liked it had a small washer and dryer. I would not stay here again. There are better, more upgraded cleaner places on the island to rent, than this. And it’s not walking distance to the beach. It’s a good 4 mile walk!

Great location but you don’t want to stay there

Location

Couches were torn, seating was uncomfortable, tv was broken, door shutters couldn’t be repaired, bathtub faucets hard to cut off, patio furniture sub par.

Pleasant

It was clean.

Needs an update. Very dark. Most of the lights needed the bulbs replaced. No central air, only air conditioning was in bedrooms. Hall bathroom shower drips.

A little difficult to locate, and to get the key out and put it back in.

We love the Vineyard but not the house

The house is in really bad shape. Furniture and rugs are stained and taped together. House is dirty and not maintained. We had plumbing issues and mouse poop. It took way too long to get through to Vacasa to address issues. Once we did they addressed some of the issues but not to the degree they should have. Sent maid who did beyond minimum and plumber who didn’t fix all. Shower curtains were covered in mold and they came in and changed them. Ice trays were covered in mold they came in and threw them out. But we shouldn’t have had to call about that. We will not book a property through vacasa again

Disappointing

The kitchen utensils were dirty. There was no extra bed we had requested. There was only aircom in the bedrooms. Fans provided did not all work. Some of the furniture was held together with tape.decor very worn and dated The management did react by cleaning, providing air bed and fan.
