beautiful area to stay in which allowed us to see a different part of Milos other than the port area where we arrived

The communication was excellent. We were pleasantly surprised with the complimentary snacks and wine left for us upon arrival. The accommodation was spacious and exactly described. Very clean and was serviced daily.

We would definitely stay at Villa Sosanna the next time we visit Milos.

This was the perfect location to relax and enjoy Pollonia and Milos. We were within walking distance to the town, but outside of all the tourist areas and truly enjoyed the peace and quiet.

great hosts, very clean with daily cleaning and turn down service, generous minibar given on arrival, lots of local tips to benefit your stay while in Milos. Great amenities.

Superb

The sea view. Also, they clean the place every day, so it is staying in an apartment with a vibe of a hotel.

The only thing I didn't like was the kids' room decoration, it did not feel like a vacation.

Wake up with sights and sounds of the ocean, if you are thinking about it, just stay here.

This place exceeded our expectations, the location is excellent as most rooms have either a small or large balcony with ocean views. It is located within 5 minute walk to Pollonia's "downtown" and has a little restaurant in front, which is handy if you get a sudden craving. The staff is super helpful from the second you get it, they bend over backwards to accommodate your needs and have little details like receiving you with a mini wine bottle. We rented 2 different rooms due to online availability, we fell in love with the first one so we were worried about changing, but the second one on the top floor was even better. You can't go wrong with this place.

There are no places to get coffee before 8:00 AM around these cluster of hotels. You have to walk to the town center, which is actually no biggie as it is not far... and you should not be waking up before 8:00 AM on vacation regardless :)

Perfect chill beach vibes, definitely will stay here again.

The location, room layout and balconies with ocean view are outstanding. overall cozy vibe made it hard to leave the room. We had 2 bookings and sampled 2 different rooms, both incredible. The staff made us feel super welcome and helped us with any arrangement or question. We will absolutely stay here again when we return to Milos.

This is a little thing, but the clothes hanging lines should be placed where the sun/wind hits. Clothes/towels would not dry overnight. Again truly minor detail.

Nice beach side studio

Nice studio close the Beach. The balcony is on the shadow side - and only partly seaview, but it was okay. Nice area close to town but still a little secluded.

Fantastic apartment for family of 5 in great location in Milos

Super nice, quite new, small yet cosy, well equipped, very nice view from terrace, comfortable beds, liked the location a lot.

When switching on the oven the electricity would go away.

Clean lovely space with sunset view

The apartment is really nice and feels new and very clean. The space was great for us with our young daughter. The sunset view out the front is really lovely. We had a small maintenance issue and the owner dealt with it and he was very helpful and friendly. Location wise it was a short easy walk to nearby restaurants and beach (even with a toddler) and good base to drive and explore the island (strongly recommend).

Whilst we loved that the location was quiet and a short distance from Pollona centre and beach, the neighbourhood felt a little soulless for our taste (just other holiday villas and small apartments being built).

Can’t wait to be back!

We loved everything about our stay at Villa Sosanna. The place was super clean, comfortable, close to the town centre but also secluded enough to feel fairly private. We particularly loved the sunset view from our balcony. I cannot recommend it enough!

The bathroom could do with a shower curtain.

Room came as pictured, nice view and porch, 10 min walk from Pollonia city center, wifi worked well. Ultimately had everything we needed.

Villa Sosanna was very clean .The location is fantastic with the evening sun right in. The cleaning was fantastic.Everything worked very well even though the place does not have reception

Location was great... room was impeccably clean. We enjoyed our stay! Nice cafe across the street for and inexpensive but tasty breakfast.

Overall, very pleasant!

A close walk to town, located in a residential area near the water.

Workers closed my outside shutters one morning, waking me up. They were there to paint my terrace! I asked them to wait till I was gone for the day to do the painting and they did. They were there the day before as well, painting the exterior of our unit. We were ground floor and our partial ocean view was often blocked by a resident parking on the street directly in front instead of in the lot.

Very good room for this beautiful island

The room was so clean and comfy. We really enjoyed our time there. You only need 5 mins by foot to all the good restaurants. The lady from travel me to milos had so many good tips for the island. Housekeeping was also out of this world. Also the room had a nice sea view. There was one little black/white cat which was super cute. Please be gentle with him <3

There was no shower courtain. No bad thing, but we recommend a car.

Great location, decent room but different to photos provided,terrible customer service, over priced

Ideal location beside the sea and 5 minute walk from Pollonia which has resturants, bars and a great bakery. Room was a good size with a fridge working shower and a Small terrace with a sunset view. WiFi worked perfectly, free parking just outside. Very easy to get from this part of the island to all other areas so the perfect place to base yourself and beside the port that has cheap boats to neighbouring kimolos island

Customer service was appalling, we emailed ahead of arrival to organise a pick up from the port, a hire scooter and breakfast. No one came to pick us up and when I phoned reception they claimed no email had been sent, dispatched a private car which cost extra. When we arrived at the room it was different to the photos of the room We had selected. There were no more scooters available and the one they arranged from a friend was an extra €10 per day. Breakfast was not mentioned and we were happy to avoid. I was blamed 3 times by three different staff members for not having sent any email and when I showed each the screenshots of the email chain, they accepted that it was their mistake but no apology or refunds were given. There was no toilet paper in the room. Only a thin bed sheet provided and when we requested something warmer we were told it should have been in the room but someone would bring one, which never came. One of the kitchens hobs did not work.
