El balcón del salón, lla decoración en general. La piscina, la tranquilidad del hotel.

La junior suite para 4 no es cómoda, es dúplex con el baño arriba diáfano, luego intimidad cero. El agua sale amarilla....

Estamos muy decepcionados, somos clientes recurrentes y lo que nos hemos encontrado esta vez no nos ha gustado nada. En esta estancia nos han dado una habitación en la parte trasera del hotel, que la tienen abandonada y descuidada y no tiene nada que ver con la imagen del hotel. Las paredes estan sucias y descuidadas, el suelo del recinto de la parte trasera, estaba lleno de heces de perros o animales. Por la noche no hay ningún tipo de iluminación y da hasta miedo llegar hasta esa parte del hotel. Por la mañana nos hemos emcontrado con comida sobrante y trozos de calamar por el suelo, suponemos que se la daban a los gatos, pero el olor era horroroso. Respecto de la habitación, que es lo más importante para nosotros, nos hemos encontrado con un olor muy desagradable que venia del baño. Deberia estar inhabilitada para clientes. Era imposible dormir… No encontramos logico que para activar o desactivar la calefacción tengamos que estar llamando a recepción ya que lo controlan ellos, y menos logico nos parece que nos dijeran que lo controlan ellos, pero una vez activada o desactivada, no podemos hacer mas cambios hasta las 8 am del dia siguiente. Durante el desayuno nos emcontramos con un servicio sin ganas de trabajar. Faltaba agua, capsulas de cafe, leche, cubiertos etc. Y cada vez que pedíamos algo a la chica del servicio nos daba la sensación de estar molestando por sus caras. No nos ofrecieron ni un vaso de agua… Por no comentar que los servicios que ofrece el hotel, estaban todos cerrados. Piscina vacia, spa cerrado… Si la ubicación del sitio tampoco ayuda, pasar la estancia en el hotel, sin servicios y lo comentado previamente, te quedas sin la opción de no poder hacer nada. No vemos el sentido de alojarse entonces. Así que sintiéndolo mucho, nos pareció una manera de facturar más, habilitando la parte trasera del hotel por el mismo precio que las demás habitaciones reformadas, cuando deberían estar cerradas hasta que cumplieran con los requisitos mínimos.

La suciedad, el olor a heces, a comida podrida por el suelo y la calidad precio ya es tremenda estafa

Very nice preserved place, requires Climatitation and trained personnel

It’s a very well preserved place, beautiful decoration and remarcable style ! Gorgeous common areas. Indoors and outdoors are well care, clean and nice. The massage expert was excellent, professional, highly recommend.

These hotel is not suitable for hot-summer conditions. No ceiling fan or no even portable ones, no air-columna at entries, flies were everywhere (even over the food). Therefore. All those nice deco place were unbearable at 40 plus degree Celsius. Also, Air conditioners in our room worked poorly. No once care, not repair personnel was bring to work on our unit, water drip through the wall. Workers really requiere extensive training.

YES WAS AMAZING THAT PLACE, CLEAN AND PRETTY, WE LOVE THE DECORATION. THE ROOMS ARE SO BIG AND FRESH. THE PORTUGUES LADY WORK THERE ARE VERY FRIENDLY.

The staff. Beautiful Interior and great dinner.

Sink was throwing water to me when I turned on the faucet. The shower was so full of calcium, water couldn’t pass through normally. A lot of mosquitoes in the dining yard.

A lovely place, quite well off the beaten track.

The room was great and so were the staff.

I'm guessing that the only source of electricity is from a large diesel generator that has it's exhaust stuck out of the wall by the gate for the secure parking.

Nice ambient, personal bad experience

Nice ambient, huge room

the aircondition in my room made very disturbing bubbling sounds all night. I could barely sleep. When I mentioned it in the morning and even played a recording to the receptionist, there was no „sorry“ or any other kind of excuse. When I asked what she considers to do in order to compensate me for a sleepless night, she took a cup of coffee off my bill…I was too tired to argue about it.

Good for one night stay with a good breakfast and kind spanish speaking staff

Good local cheese and ham, delicious tomatoes for breakfast. Nice sitting area for a breakfast. The breakfast is the strongest point.

Staff does not speak english at all. The bathroom is a part of a bedroom and it is only separated by transparent shower and weak construction doors - it is really awkward to use toilet when sombody is in the bedroom... The bathroom was finisher by a neglective repairman (already some mold between shower glass wall and room wall) therefore despite efforts of cleaning team you cannot have a feeling of a spotless area. The swimming pool is a joke.

Disaster

Clean room. Nice lobby

Disappointing and far away from the professionaly tooked pictures. Location was in the center of the swamp with yellow water in pipes. You can't drink it. It is too far away of the Valencia, and you can not walk to the beach, you need to drive it. Swimming pool is small and dirty and even if they have listed spa as an option, it is not functional. Also they are not serving food everyday and reception is working couple hours a day. Room is spacious but old floors with holes eveywhere. Balcony door is not working. When you wanted to cancel the reservation since it is not how we agreed on, of course you can not.

For sure to avoid

The hallway of the hotel was beautiful, it has a private parking and a garden/terrace beautiful.

The room was not as the photos, for 2 rooms there was a very small window, it smelled as mold and the guy from the reception was very arogant, impulsive. When we wanted to take photos of the room to send them to Booking, they told us to leave. Anyway, a horrible experience in the end!

reasonable stay

The hotel has a big outside terrace/garden with a small pool. Our room had a nice balcony facing the terrace. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. Bicycles can be rented at an additional charge. Wifi was good. Private free parking.

The balcony door lock did not work (but would be fixed the next day). We had yellow water from the tap. The simply built toilet area had an inconvenient sliding door which is not really soundproof.

We had a wonderful time here. The staff was very nice and the design of the hotel was stunning. We also enjoyed the breakfast and can recommend the hotel a lot.

Such an excellent value!

Beautiful hotel, with beautiful decoration. Feels more like a boutique hotel than a regular one. The pool is small, but is nice and convenient for a quick bath The beach is 3 min away by car, or 15 min walking Free parking, so you don’t have to worry about anything Staff very Breakfast is ok, but quite limited (fruits are missing!) The room is big, nicely decorated and very comfortable.

We had lunch at the restaurant, but service was too slow. It took as few hours to have lunch.

Beautiful place

Everything. Staff is very kind, food is very good but it would be great to have more options, after a couple of days you miss something different. Room was great and clean. Parking is free and a lot of parking spots available.

Good place to stay

The room is okay, a bit dated but clean and very comfortable. The pool is perfect and so is the patio, the breakfast area and we also had dinner, which was pretty good.

The outside areas could be better well taken care of and cleaner (our kid stepped on cat’s poo).
