The house is new. The work was completed at the end of April 2014. Respecting the traditional style that makes the charm of the Pyla, this luxury house, facing the sea, will give you the impression of being on the deck of a ship due to its dominant position in relation to the basin and the view that is extraordinary!!!
House for 10 people. 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
The entrance opens onto a large L shaped room of 60 square meters, with an American kitchen and the living room overlooking the sea on the left. This room opens onto a terrace facing the sea of 40m2 for lunch / dinner outside enjoying the magnificent view. The master bedroom is also upstairs with its dressing room and a bathroom with tub.
A staircase leads to the lower floor and to the 4 other bedrooms (and 3 bathrooms).
All rooms have sea view. Large terrace in front of the rooms.
Private garage for 2 to 3 cars.
The house is on the front line at the water with direct and private access to the sea which is below the garden. Outdoor shower for beach return.
Spacious and comfortable, this house is the ideal place to spend the break, get away from it all and enjoy the nature, the view, the sea and the bay of Arcachon, with family or friends.
