Home from home

Fantastic location, easy access to shops, bars, beach and restaurants. Accommodation was clean, well equipped and the host had gone over and above to ensure we had everything we could need for our stay.

Stunning Apartment, met all my needs, and perfect location! 5 Stars!

We had a lovely stay at The Garden Apartment in Newquay. Stunning apartment with a beautiful bathroom and newly fitted kitchen. It also had parking which was a real bonus. Location was perfect with the beaches a few minutes’ walk and the shops on your door step. Would definitely stay here again.

Good space indoors, no parking and definitely not a garden!

Easy to get to shops, high street and a few nearby albeit very small beaches Rooms are spacious Kitchen and living room is well kept, facilities available as expected Communication was good when prompted

Location for parking space is ridiculous, unless you arrive in a mini you're going to struggle to park and/or get out. Esp if there's another car there, you won't be able to park. The apartment had a leak in the main bedroom which we only found out after I contacted the owner about constant stomping noise in the flat upstairs at which point he said it was due to people investigating a leak. Would have been nice to have been told about it before or as we arrived! Next door is a construction site and ridiculously noisy and many trucks and cars park blocking the apartment drive in. The garden is non existent (see pics) Don't use the washing machine as the dryer doesn't dry and the flat is too damp to let anything air dry (we stayed for 5 days) Overall would expect the owner to have communicated the surroundings and real state of the 'garden' and parking in order for us to make an informed booking.

The perfect place to stay in Newquay

Beautiful apartment which has been refurbished throughout to a high standard. Kitchen and bathroom were stunning and loved the finishing touches such as "Cowshed" hand wash which smelt divine. We've visited Newquay many times before and this was our favourite place to stay. Everything is on your doorstep and the hosts were very helpful. We will definitely be returning to stay at The Garden Apartment.

Perfect location, accommodation and base to beautiful Cornwall!

Amazing stay at the apartment, right in the middle of town so can get to shops, bars/restaurants and the beach. Also a good base to get to other locations in Cornwall such as Lands End, Penzance, St Ives, Eden Project, etc. Has also got a free parking space round the back of the property and is near to local car parks. If you’re looking for a UK staycation then this is the ideal place!!

The parking space at the back of the property is very tight, especially if there is another car parked there or if you have a larger vehicle.

Great location and beautiful apartment

The location of The Garden Apartment was spot on, all the shops, bars and restaurants are within walking distance and the beaches. Very well equipped for a self catering stay with a large comfy king size bed and parking. Would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend this apartment if you’re looking for self-accommodation by Cornwall beaches

We had a wonderful stay at The Garden Apartment. The accommodation is homely, comfortable and practical with full self catering facilities. Short walking distance to beaches, supermarkets and restaurants all accessible without a car. We walked from Newquay to Constantine Bay & returned home by bus, fabulous country walk, amazing scenery and super easy to get the bus back. PadStein, Seal sanctuary, wine tasting at the local vineyard, St Michael’s Mount, St Ives, all close by and great day trips.

We are very pleased we booked here. It was an excellent stay. Steve who owns this place was very kind, welcoming, accomodating and kept in contact. The house is so well placed. Very close to shops, beaches. We would definitely rebook if visiting Newquay again.

Great stay for our honeymoon

The apartment had everything we needed and was very spacious. It was in a fantastic location just a 5 minute walk to the beach if that. The host Steve rang us a day before we visited to let us know about the parking and ensure we knew how to check in. He was also available to contact throughout our stay for anything we needed. Overall a fantastic stay and we would definitely stay again
