Bon rapport qualité prix

Très bien équipé, mise à part notre nourriture nous n'avons rien eu besoin d'emmener. Lit confortable. Décoration moderne. Facile à trouver.

Difficile de parler avec la dame à l'accueil barrière de la langue, mais nous y sommes arrivées. Les coussins n'étaient pas confortables. Une petite salle de bain avec WC non séparé pour 5 personnes ce n'était pas facile. Pas de parking contrairement à l'annonce. Je n'ai pas aimé le fait de devoir passer devant la terrasse de mes voisins pour accéder à mon logement. Je n'ai pas non plus aimé que la terrasse de mes voisins soit juste devant la fenêtre de notre logement (pas d'intimité, nuisance sonore). Le plus difficile à été les chambres sous les toits. Il faisaient vraiment trop chaud et le petit ventilateur faisait un bruit de Tracteur nous ne pouvions pas le laisser allumé.

Betaalbaar en heel mooi appartement

Fijne communicatie met het hotel. De mevrouw was heel vriendelijk en sprak vloeiend Engels. De penthouse was erg mooi van binnen en heel erg schoon.

De slaapbank is erg oncomfortabel en de kussens op alle bedden vielen tegen. Voor de rest was het appartement perfect.

For short stay very convenient

The property has a great location. We only travel to Germany to visit the Europa Park. The apartment is 10 minutes away from the park,which was perfect. Keep in mind that we didn't have a car so we need to use a taxi which was expensive so make sure if you're coming here to have your own car. The apartment is huge and we are a family of six , we stayed at the second floor so it was very quiet also, there is no elevator so make sure you don't come with heavy luggage. We didn't use any of the utilities so I can't decide if they are useful. The Wi-Fi was very good and the staff were very friendly and very helpful. The weather was cold so we didn't use the AC and we didn't need it, all in all its value it was extremely good and I will recommend it for short visits only. also a helpful note. There is a store next to you with a very nice lady. It was also helpful to get some clothes since the weather gets cold and there is a pharmacy in the opposite direction and two good restaurants. Also, Supermarket is 15 minute walk from there.

We had issue with the toilet and I informed the staff and it wasn't fixed

Magnifique loft

Loft spacieux, très propre, au calme et bien équipé. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Un système de rideau cassé donc impossible de le fermer ou de l’ouvrir, dommage pour la luminosité. Matelas qui s’enfonce au milieu, pas très confortable quand on dort en couple.

Alles super! Die neg. Bewertungen zu unserem Apartment unbegründet.

Wir waren kurz vor Anreise von den teilweise negativen Bewertungen abgeschreckt und dann umso mehr begeistert. Die Dame die Abends auf uns gewartet hat, war überaus freundlich. Wir hatten das Appartement für bis zu 10 Personen auf zwei Stockwerken. Es war sauber und alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Alles ist sehr modern und hübsch. Klar wir waren auch schon in Luxushotels in Österreich, aber wir sprechen hier über ein Ferienapartment. In drei Doppelzimmern sind großzügige Betten vorhanden, in einem kleinen Zimmer eher ein Bett für Jugendliche. Die Anfahrt zum Europapark total easy und kurz. Daneben ein super Bäcker der noch selber Brötchen backt. Ja die Parkplatzsituation direkt vorm Haus durch Kurzparken etwas schwierig. Aber obwohl wir mit drei Autos und einem kleinen Wohnmobil angereist sind, haben wir alle kostenfreie Parkplätze in der Nähe gefunden. Die Anlage ist sehr hübsch und man fühlt sich wohl. Gerne wieder.

Die Fugen im Badezimmer könnte sich mal ein Installateur zur Brust nehmen, aber alles in allem auch das Bad völlig in Ordnung mit einer Kingsize Dusche.

Great location for Europa Park, clean, comfortable apartment, very helpful staff. The beds were extra comfy! The apartment was exactly as described and shown in photos. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend it for families!

Wifi was rather slow, but it didn't bother us.

The front desk clerk is ready awaiting you to collect the keys.

The rooms were very basic, in summer it is too hot, they do have fans but for that price I was expecting an airconditioned apartment. Not valid for the price you're paying.

perfect location if you’re planning to visit europa park very clean self check in and check out good communication coffee and dishwasher caps provided no parking on site but easy to park in the area very spacious and great rooftop terrace in our apartment

The appartment is located very close to the town centre and has all the necessary aminities to accomodate 4 to 6 persons. We had an overnight stay in the appartment and had a late check in. But it was hassle free as the host had provided detailed infos on where to find the keys and way to the appartment.

No free parking provided by the appartment. However, it wasn't much of a problem as streetside parking is free in the night.

third floor with 2 children, no lift. Not enough parking place near hotel, and complicated to find in town. In the evening no hot water, maximum 30-32 degrees. A lot small damage in apartment. 250evro per night (3 adults, 1 children, 1 baby) - it’s too much for this hotel.

Quiet and comfortable. Light and cozy decor. Nice location in the centre of a quiet town. 2 bikes which you can use. Free parking nearby. Comfortable beds.

The fan in the shower runs continuously and had an annoying rattling sound. The dishwasher is also not running perfectly, maybe the filter needs to be cleaned out? Otherwise it was a nice apartment and we had a pleasant stay.

Excellent location, practical apartment for two families with children

The design of the apartment is suitable for two families, the apartment is divided into three, a large living room with a kitchen, the second part two bedrooms with a small living area, toilet and shower, a second unit made of two bedrooms + toilet + shower

In general we loved the apartment and were very comfortable, great location & clean.

We loved the size of the apartment, it was very wide. The windows were very big and the apartment was very light. The color combination of the furniture was very nice. The kitchen had everything one needed. We also liked that there was air conditioning and a corridor at the beginning. The bathroom (and every other room) was very clean and had all necessary facilities.

The balcony was very dirty (bird excrements) and the booking website did not share on the property that the balcony is shared (or maybe just difficult to find that information) A breakfast option would be nice too. Salt was missing in the kitchen. The couch was a little dirty so it wasn’t very pleasant to sit on that couch.

Good, but could have been better, specially with respect to the very late checking hour.

The room is well organised and clean. The location is also great.

The "check in" hour is quite late (16:00) and, yet worse, up on arrival, the room had not even been cleaned up (I understand a bit of German and the cleaning lady said exactly that). We only had access to the room TOO late (like 17:00). Also, the sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable. For small kids that might work, not for grown up ones.

good location/ big living room / space ; loft style , Morden-Design with Swing in the living room. kids loves it.

Old building with strange smell in the hallway ; the apartment was on the top floor, is really really hot. the ventilator is not possible to use since it's with too big noise just like a roaring motor ... impossible to sleep before 1 am for us even opening all of the windows. The apartment was not the one which showed in the picture. Floor of Shower is slippy and dirty, was not cleaned well.
