The apartment is spacious, with big bedrooms, a living room with a large sofa and dining area. We used it for a week as a base to get around in the area (Legoland, Munich, Dinosaur Museum, Ravensburger Spieleland), so the location was very good for that purpose. Very useful to have a washing machine and a dishwashing machine. The kitchen is good enough for cooking, but it could use more practical wares, such as non-sticking pots or bowls. Parking available on the street or nearby streets on a first to get it basis, but we are able to find spots every day. An Edeka grocery store is within minutes walk, which is quite practical. The WiFi is good enough.
The TV in the living room is ancient, hard to use, and useless for non-German speakers. As mentioned, the kitchen could use some updates in the wares section. There were various minor items that were nearly broken and could be fixed, because you have to use carefully, not to broke it for good (one kitchen side drawer, the shower holder). The room was clean in the visible areas, but not under the beds (not a problem unless you drop something there). The bedroom dressers are very big but don't have practical shelves (only one top shelf, hard to reach for children or if you're not tall enough), so we couldn't really use them.
