Buena ubicación pero muy incómodo

La ubicación

El apartamento se encuentra en una tercera planta sin ascensor en un edificio antiguo, lo que hace difícil el acceso cuando llevas maletas o gente mayor. El sofá cama era muy incómodo y duro, además nadie te dice cómo abrirlo y queda una parte al aire (que supongo que tendrá una solución pero nadie nos dijo nada).

Perfecta ubicación pero no está a la altura de la cadena Soho Boutique

El apartamento no estaba bien señalizado. Nos dieron las llaves y costaba entender cuál era la puerta correcta. Las instalaciones no se ven suficientemente mantenidas, creo que no representa a la cadena Soho Boutique. Almohadas muy finas.

La ubicación es perfecta, en la misma Plaza Mayor. Te permite conocer el casco histórico de Cáceres a un paso. Aparcamos el coche en el Parking Obispo Galarza, muy cerca del apartamento y accesible con las maletas. Compensa su buena ubicación.

Contestar a que nos gustó más es bastante fácil teniendo en cuenta que nos alojamos en la Plaza Mayor de Cáceres y sin duda es una ubicación excelente. Si a esto le sumas que estuvimos en un apartamento totalmente equipado y al que no le faltaba ningún detalle, pues no le podemos pedir nada más, solo disfrutar de la belleza de Cáceres.

Le lieu idéal pour découvrir et profiter de Cáceres!

Situation incroyable sur la Plaza Mayor face à la ville close, avec une vue incroyable. Bel équipement de l’appartement avec tout le confort. La chambre donne sur une arrière cour et permet une nuit de silence total. Cáceres est une ville magnifique et vivante.

Un servicio pésimo, apartamento sin calefacción

Nos dieron un apartamento en el que la calefacción estaba estropeada. Pagamos (y no poco) por dormir una noche con mantas y capas de abrigo porque a finales de octubre hacía mucho frío por la noche, por lo que el apartamento estaba congelado. No pudieron darme solución durante la noche y por la mañana me dijeron que me llamarían de dirección para hablar conmigo. Todavía sigo esperando esa llamada… Un servicio y atención deplorables

Spacious and clean, great location but a few minor irritations

The apartment was clean and spacious, on the 3rd floor overlooking the Plaza Mayor with a lovely big terrace for sitting outside. It is in an excellent location for exploring this historic city. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and a Carrefour supermarket 50 metres away.

There was just the bare minimum of kitchen utensils, not even a chopping board. The hob didn't work properly and kept switching itself off. The lock on the entrance to the building was broken. The washbasin tap was loose. I think the main problem is that nobody seems to be checking these little details, which is the difference between an apartment owned by a hotel chain and one with a private owner.

Good location, clean and comfortable apartment with all the facilities.

That the internet did not worked at all. They told us that since it was a weekend they could not come to fix the problem until next Monday; by then we were already gone.

Very nice flat to stay for a few nights to discover the town.

You can't be more central with a fantastic view on the Plaza Mayor. Despite its very central location the flat is quiet. Very well furnished and clean. The room is at the rear so very calm. Check-in easily done at the hotel nearby.

I really liked the plan of the apartment on two sides of the world. I had such a great time.

the apartment was very large, clean, in a great location, overlooking the historic part of the city. It's an old house with high ceilings and natural materials, which gives it a very pleasant coolness and atmosphere.

Great location for all restaurants and shops. Very friendly and helpful reception. Good communication before arrival re car parking etc. Lovely spacious apartment. Spotlessly clean with good facilities. Many thanks.

Not that we minded but obviously on top floor so stairs. Great for us and view of square but people with reduced mobility may struggle.

small unit. view of plaza major and old town

on the third floor. no lift for luggage. no warning of this. the bed was very bouncy, not as comfortable as I have had for the rest of our trip
