Great location, amenities, transportation around the resort and pool. Unit was great.

Property was very nice and peaceful. The condo was as described and we had an easy stay. The condo had plenty of kitchen essentials for cooking and eating. Everything was very clean. There was so much to do around the area. We recommend this condo.

When you first drive up, you might think that you’re pretty far away from the center of Beaver Creek. We quickly learned, however, that a short walk over a pedestrian bridge and we were right there. The property was very conveniently located, beautifully appointed, and we really enjoyed our stay. It was uncharacteristically hot when we were there, and the lack of air-conditioning in the entire property made afternoons a bit uncomfortable. It did cool off at night and we were able to sleep, especially with the fans provided by the owner.

We had a fantastic time at this condo in Beaver Creek. Kathleen was wonderful to work with and very responsive. We had plenty of space and appreciated the two master bathrooms! Our teens loved the bunk room as well. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool and all of the amenities of this condo, including snacks in the lobby. We had a gorgeous view of the mountains and Aspen trees. There was construction going on across the street during our stay, but it didn’t bother us at all. We could not even hear it from the bedrooms. We have not one complaint from our stay. We will definitely stay here again!

The property was fantastic, just as depicted in photos. Property managers were responsive and easy to contact. We were part of a larger group fir a Family Reunion. The well appointed kitchen allowed us to serve dinner to all one evening- plenty of plates, forks, etc. The large windows were magical. We enjoyed every moment in the condo and on the mountain. Beaver Creek fireworks were awesome!

Had a wonderful stay! Pool was perfect for the kids to jump in after a hike, horse bike riding, or walking around Beaver Creek. Very quit til Monday-Friday construction starting at 7:30-6 on the building over! Very loud! Only complaint. Also, the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking in!

Our stay was wonderful. Access to the slopes was perfect. Storage room for boots and skis really made life easier.

Family and friends. 8 of us on a ski trip, everyone had a great time

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 309! Looking out at the mountains from the living room’s floor to ceiling window was a perfect way to start the day.
We had everything we needed for our family ski weekend!
We can’t say enough about the Itrip Vail Beaver Creek staff. They were attentive and helpful at any given time. The entire Beaver Creek staff could not have been more customer service oriented.
Great spot! We will be back!

We would definitely stay again! Condo was beautiful and location was perfect. My only thought would be that it might be time to clean the carpet near front door and in front of fireplace.

Lovely home. It was cozy but the living area qS grand and amazing. The views are beautiful. So glad they had coffee to make it the first day. Very clean. The double bunk was very exciting for my kids

We loved our stay at Beaver Creek in this immaculate condo! The pictures on VRBO did not do this condo justice. It was spacious, had plenty of room for our family of five and was extremely clean. I could have moved in. The best part of the whole condo were the floor to ceiling windows in the living room that afforded the best views. Although we stayed there in June, it was still very cold so the wood burning fireplace was very welcome. The cabinet next to the fireplace has a bunch of boardgames and books to read while you are enjoying cold nights around the fire place. In fact I finished a book I had brought and added it to the book collection. I would one hundred percent reccommend this place to everyone I know.

We were thrilled with this unit, location and cleanliness! Going back next year!

This is a very convenient Beaver Creek ski-in/ski-out townhome located just steps from lift service and minutes from the Village. Just take the elevator down one floor to the 2nd floor where you'll find the equipment lockers and boot driers. From there, exit out the doors and you are about 150 feet from the Highlands lift that services a beginner run or can start you on your way down to the Village or the Centennial lift. Another option is to take the Highlands Skiway down to the Centennial lift and takes about 2-minutes and avoids the Highlands chair which is a slower beginner lift. Returning back to the townhome is easy and can be accomplished top-to-bottom with all green runs if needed. Others have mentioned walking to the Village which was not convenient or necessarily safe as the conventional way requires walking on the roadway for some segments. However, we did it easily and avoided the hazard of walking on roads by throwing some boots on and walking via the Highlands Skiway. This is about a 5-7 minute walk and you have no issues of cars or walking on the icy roads. Take your poles on the walk and you should be good to go. We did this after ski hours so there were also no issues of conflicting with downhill ski traffic on the skiway. Thursday nights have fireworks and they can be conveniently viewed from the back exit on the second floor where the equipment lockers are located.
The townhome is well equipped and we had no issue cooking there several nights of the week. While the kitchen is a little tight it is workable and gets the job done. The master bedroom faces east and has an impressive 2-story window that is sure to wake you bright and early for a great day of skiing. The bunk room also has east facing windows but they are smaller and let in less light. I only mention this because it can be a factor if you have jetlagged kids that need to sleep in and/or you have a very late arrival like we did our first night. There's no way to block out the impressive amount of light that will come from the equally impressive view out the windows.
Overall, fantastic place to stay at Beever Creek and we will certainly be back!

We loved the property. Location is perfect, condo was very comfortable for our group. We enjoyed the nice views, easy access to skiing. True ski in and out! Property was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Plenty of space for our group of 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids). Communication was super easy and quick. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Nice, well-located property. Key is 2 king bedrooms. Small kitchen which isn’t an issue except for the kitchen layout is not good so very difficult to use. Nice property. Our second stay at this exact unit so definately recommend.

Our group had a wonderful stay at Highlands Lodge #309. We housed six adults at this condo comfortably, but we could have even fit a few more with the sizeable bunk beds. The condo itself was clean and spacious, with high ceilings and windows giving guests a beautiful view of the mountains during the day. The bedrooms and bathrooms were pristinely maintained.
More broadly, the primary advantages of staying at the Highlands Lodge are the ability to easily ski in and out of the Beaver Creek Resort, as well as the convenience of being located within a mile of the Village (as other reviews have noted, it is not generally practical to walk to and from the Village - at least at night and/or under snowy/icy conditions - but the Village Connect shuttle can be ordered to pick guests up (and return them) to/from the Lodge on demand using an app).
If the property manager is looking for suggestions, we recommend that the kitchen be better stocked with condiments and cooking materials (especially cooking spray/oil), and the bathrooms with cleaning materials.
All in all, we highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Beaver Creek.

Nice ski in/ski out condo in Beaver Creek. Not really within walking distance to town center but there is a shuttle that will bring you back and forth. Love the ski lockers and boot warmers. We stayed here comfortably with four adults and four children between the ages of 5 and 8. I'd definitely stay here again.

We had some difficulties with the water not getting hot and a dirty sock found in our bed. We were told we were getting the $289 housekeeping fee refunded and would be compensated for that- I have not checked. Everything was handled promptly and fixed. We had a wonderful stay and everything g went great. We will stay again.

Beautiful September in BC
We couldn't have had a more perfect trip to BC, staying at the Highlands Lodge 309. The iTrip team was very responsive with our few questions. The condo had everything we needed/wanted, including amazing views of the mountains and the aspen trees. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed a relaxing weekend getaway at this great location in Beaver Creek. We were able to walk into the Village daily in 10 minutes. The pool and hot tubs were a big hit for our family. The unit was perfect and very spacious. Would also work great for 2 families looking to share.

Such a Perfect Spot!
We loved our time in Beaver Creek and Highlands Lodge #309 was the perfect place to enjoy it!
It was so beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Our son loved the bunk beds and the game closet had all of our family favorites! We also felt like every turn had a new piece of artwork to enjoy - I'd count those fun saddle barstools in that realm as well. I have to admit though, most of the time we just couldn't take our eyes off the amazing view. Thank goodness for those two story windows!
Another reason to love it...the location was so convenient. It was such a quick walk to the Village and the convenience of the shuttle to the trails, or other parts of the resort, was effortless. Also, we love to hike - and the trails did not disappoint. So many! ...challenging and not. Finally, the town of Avon, at the bottom of the mountain, was so hospitable and down to Earth!
I really can't say enough. Such a relaxing and fun time. We already miss it!

We joined anther couple for a summer getaway to Beaver Creek and this was a great find. Comfortable living area and bedrooms as well. Short walk down to Beaver Creek town center and short drive to Avon and other local areas. No problems at all.

Highland Lodge Unit 309
Overall, we had a good experience. We did have a few issues, and although the staff was very friendly and responsive, I can only give a 4 star rating because of these challenges. First, the good stuff: great location, lots of space, great ski locker area, nice staff. Now the challenges: TV in the main room didn't work and had to be fixed, weird water leak near the kitchen, and generally a shortage or lack of things that are needed to provide a good experience: not enough shampoo or soap, shortage of towels, no salt, pepper or sugar, not enough paper towels, no plastic wrap or bags. I recognize that these are minor issues and we can buy all these things, which we did, but it required a second trip to the store because we expected those items to be there. Every other ski unit we have stayed has stocked these items and it is a low-cost way for a management company to make life easy for guests. Not a huge thing -- just trying to provide constructive feedback. In the end, we would rent this unit again and we had a nice week.

Perfect Condo!
We rented this condo with friends. We were 2 families of 4 each with kids ages 12-15. The unit was absolutely perfect with 2 master king suites and a 3rd bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. The ski locker in the building was so convenient to store all our gear and you literally walk about the back right onto the mountain. The unit was convenient and comfortable for both our families. We used the kitchen to prepare breakfast in the morning and used the fireplace everyday when we got back from skiing. The house was clean as were the amenities in the building like locker room, hot tub and pool. Cannot recommend the unit enough.
