Functional and clean and a good location for what I needed

Did not get a good night's sleep

We arrived late and reception was open. There was also parking available

Extremely noisy. People slamming doors, playing music loudly, and yelling after 2am. The airconditioning sounded like it was from WWII. Sheets were thin and cheap. Not 4**** or even near.

Nice Stay but basic things like wifi should be improved

Spacious Comfortable Room, unfortunately we didnt get Double Bed, it was a Twin Bedroom. The partition was uncomfortable as I stayed with my husband. We didnt opt for breakfast and connectivity with public transport is at Bellaterra station which takes 40 min to reach city centre Catalunya. This train station is 700-800m from hotel by walk.

Very bad internet connectivity, just dont rely on their internet for anything at all. We complaint at reception but no help. Also the keycard was a problem, we had to get it renewed everynight when we were back at the hotel. The problem was our keycards didnt work due to some technical issue/magnetic strip. So everyday someone at the reception updated it for it to be used to open our room.

Great hotel and felt very safe there. The surrounding area was quiet but the direct train to the city meant this did not

Clean hotel, air conditioning was a life saver in the summer heat and the train was less than 10 minutes walk from the hotel with a direct line to the city centre.

The shutters on the windows were easy to put up but I couldn’t close them. This meant the sun would shine through in the early morning as there weren’t black out curtains. The outside of the hotel was a bit dated and there’s not many facilities around the hotel - had to make the trip into Barcelona city.

I wish there were more options in the restaurant. They have a distinguished staff, but the options available for food are limited

Exceptional

Everything was top notch. From the pleasant and helpful staff, to the beautiful and super clean environment and the good food at breakfast! Loved it all

Well, a bit far from the centre for me, given that it was a business trip and my associates were in the centre of Barcelona. However, I appreciated the serenity and beauty of Bellaterra and the proximity of the train station. It's about 30mins straight to Plaza Catalunya. Perfect location for resting, running and walking.

Good location near the metro line, but bad sound insulation and breakfast.

Location was good, you have a few minutes only to the Bellatera metro/train station.

Sound insulation - you could hear the train from the nearby S station and also bathroom of the other room very clearly. Food choice for breakfast was very limited.

The room was big and clean You can adjust the temperature in the room There are plenty parking spaces (free)

The beds are really not that nice (they are very noisy when you move) The location is nice and quiet (in a campus) but very far from the city (there is a tram/subway that is 10 min walk from the hotel and gets you in the city center) The Tv was kind of old and in poor condition The wifi was very weak

Recommended for short work-related stay

The location is perfect for staying next to the campus and access university premises easily. It is immersed in the green and gives an exceptional sense of peace and focus, if you looking for a quiet calm place to work.

There was no smoking area, nor a terrace to keep inside the hotel premises. If looking for a protected area you need to go outside in the little plaza
