Never again

The ordering of the room service through QR application.

It was the second visit in the same hotel, the impression was different. 1.There were many athletic teams of various ages, there was too much noise, the lobby was like a playground, early morning around 7am woke up of their screams, however it seems that nobody of the staff bothered about it. 2.During the breakfast at the huge restaurant room, there was a red ribbon separating the breakfast area which was oversighted, the table was just on the border and this became a big issue for the waitresses, making you feel like a beggar.

no special offer (roof top/pool etc) mediocre spa and gym, very uninspiring no information provided about the available shuttle during registration i could not change the dates easy, had to go through the booking agent and in the process ended up paying 30% higher per night rate

Superb

A very nice hotel. Super clean, comfortably furnished. Gentle, minded staff warned me for not changing my room, as it is better than i insisted. I choosed my room from booking and mentioned my stay as “pleasure”. This choice is supposed to mean that a large bed rather than two beds. I strongly should mention the breakfast. Fresh materials, a very diverse taste ranged customers would fullfill their criteria. The localisation is a little bit far from the hearth of the city but it still in the walking distance range. The building should had been a warehouse or something, as it re-done as pleaurably as much. The rooms are big and full of sun light. I totally enjoyed my stay in Thessaloniki

Location is good and has a very big parking area. It is very important in Thessaloniki. Very clean and comfortable. Staff is really polite and breakfast is really good. If I come again, I prefer this hotel exactly

Spacious and Comfortable Rooms with Great Amenities

I recently stayed at this hotel in Thessaloniki and was impressed with the spacious and comfortable rooms. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Very clear. Friendly staff. Breakfast is very good. Diner very good. Parking ok. Internet free. Free minibar. Good GYM.

My room (158) had a small window and the view was limited by an old building. Small spa.

Excellent, very spacious room, nice and functional bathroom, extremely comfortable bed and pillows, free drink in the mini bar (cans of Pepsi and Mirinda and two bottles of water). Excellent breakfast

Small windows in the room (the whole hotel including corridors and rooms seems very dark), for the parking lot we did not find out until the end of the stay if there was a security guard or not. The card key is automatically demagnetized immediately in the morning on the day of departure, even though check out is at 12:00. The staff is a little out of sorts

disappointing

size of the room

no glasses in the room for water. no kettle tee or coffee. last night of my staying they had massive party and extremely loud music played till midnight. deprived us of sleep before our trip back home. avoid this place by all means!
