Bien pero con algunos puntos débiles

Habitación y baño muy amplios. La decoración de todo el hotel es muy cuidada. Ofrecen una merienda de cortesía todos los días.

El desayuno es demasiado repetitivo, ni siquiera cambiaron el tipo de dulces en las 7 noches que estuvimos. El personal es correcto, pero salvo una recepcionista joven que nos atendió el primer día, el resto fue muy seco, hasta el punto de no contestarnos a nuestro saludo al entrar o salir del hotel. La habitación estaba limpia, pero la terraza no la barrían bien. Da a una calle un poco ruidosa, ya que además de por una obra que había muy cerca se oyen los coches de la carretera. Una tarde había mucho ruido porque estaban haciendo alguna obra en la habitación de al lado.

Las camas y almohadas, la habitación en general.- El comedor de desayuno y merienda.-

La piscina aunque sirve para refrescarse esta entre dos paredes sin espacio.- Los productos del desayuno son siempre los mismos.-

Decoración y espacios comunes muy bien diseñados, el desayuno variado y de calidad, la cama muy cómoda y el trato del personal excelente (nos atendió Yoli de forma muy profesional)

San Jose jest pięknym, białym miasteczkiem. Hotel świetnie się wpisuje w wysoką jakość okolicy.

Śniadanie zróżnicowane i bardzo smaczne. Świetna lokalizacja hotelu zarówno do dojścia do plaży, do wyjazdu samochodem jak i do pozostałej części miasta. Bardzo przestronny parking pod hotelem.

2 days in San Jose.

Everything was great from the moment of my arrival and to the last minute. The hotel is new and chic. Rooms are located in cute buildings right in the middle of a green garden. The personnel is truly amazing! Thank you for everything, and I hope to see you soon.

Very nice boutique hotel near beaches, walks and amenities.

Nice modern boutique hotel on the edge of San José, a five minute walk to the nearest beach. Comfortable room with good bathroom and balcony. Attractive terrace with small pool. Friendly helpful staff. Free parking was available across the road (in October so high season is likely different). Very good breakfast.

Wonderful overnight stay in San Jose, this hotel was a real surprise, a great find

the property was beautiful. The garden area with the pool was so tastefully set out.

I expected a bigger room aligned with the money paid. poor quality appliances, like toilet paper and gel applicator , toilet was not working properly at the beginning , 2 beds together instead of normal double or king size bed for a couple …

the pool is nothing special. Breakfast was ok but NO CAPUCCINO!!! The best is the parking lot. Huge spaces and confortable. No good there is no elevator coming from the parking.

No capuccino at breakfast is not good at all. The hotel is not ocean front.

Overall an excellent stay. we would recommended it. We would be prepared to stay there again.

excellent location. Very lovely helpful staff. Very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel. very much a boutique hotel. Lovely swimming pool and not too crowded. The breakfast is lovely with plenty of selection. No significant complaints. We would definitely stay here again.

For a four-star hotel the amenities were more simple than I might’ve expected which is why I thought it wasn’t quite good value for money. hence a 9. Nonetheless it is an excellent hotel. The afternoon tea provision is more like a breakfast with croissant and Pain au chocolate. It’ll be nicer to have a slightly wider selection.

Lovely boutique hotel with great pool, friendly staff, brilliant breakfast, 10 min walking to beach. We had the junior suite, perfect for a family of 4, direct pool access, roof terrace.

Extremely helpful staff made this experience extraordinary

I arrived at the hotel only to notice that both my check in date and check out date were 1 day later because I booked it wrong myself. Anna from the reception was extremely helpful and managed to amend my booking and give us rooms to check in immediately.

The hotel doesn't have a restaurant for dinner or any kind of f&b service at the pool

Exceptional

We loved this Boutique hotel, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. It was ideally situated for our needs, walks along coast, walk to the centre. Breakfast was superb.
