Great time

Great view, room was nice size. Staff was friendly & helpful.

Only one elevator made it difficult at busy times. No lobby was weird. Air conditioning didn’t work first night but was replaced next day.

Simple mais agréable.

L’hôtel était très simple mais très proche de tout surtout en front de mer.

L’eau entrait dans le salon par la porte patio un soir de pluie et nous somme resté bloqué à l’intérieur de l’ascenseur pendant un certain temps.

The stay was unpleasant due to staff across the hall loudly talking in front of my door.

The room across the hall had hotel management, maintenance and cleaning staff in and out all times of night and early morning hours.

My recent stay at SureStay by Best Western in Virginia Beach was nothing short of spectacular, and the highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking suite facing the ocean. From the moment I stepped into my suite, I was greeted with sweeping views of the glistening ocean, creating an ambiance of pure serenity. The suite itself was incredibly spacious and beautifully appointed. The decor was tasteful, and the furnishings exuded both comfort and elegance. I appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail, from the plush bedding to the well-designed seating area, which made it a perfect place to unwind and take in the picturesque ocean scenery. Waking up to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore and the warm, golden rays of sunlight streaming through the windows was a dream come true. I could hardly believe that I was fortunate enough to have a suite with such an incredible view. Aside from the stunning suite, the hotel's location in Oceanfront was an absolute bonus. Being steps away from the beach meant that I could easily enjoy leisurely walks along the shoreline or relax on the sandy shores whenever I pleased. The convenience of having the ocean just outside my suite made my vacation all the more memorable. Throughout my stay, the hotel staff maintained the highest level of hospitality, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. loved the location! Boardwalk in the back so peaceful than stores and fun in the front of the hotel, so many activities!!

I didn't feel safe with my 2 year old on the balcony as her head could fit through the bars !

I loved the add feature of having to use your room key to activate the elevator to go up. Also the check-in desk was right in front of the elevator so it felt a little more secure.

Overall it was pleasant. Not sure I would stay again unless I knew we could be on a lower floor.

The room was clean, and had everything we needed, staff was helpful and friendly

The elevator was scary and kept breaking down. We were on the 8th floor it was tough to walk up all those stairs especially after walking around to see all the sights.

The staff was pleasant and helpful, i liked the tile flooring in the room (so glad that it wasn't carpet), ocean view was nice, great parking, and coffee maker provided. Well stocked towels, toiletries, hand soap in kitchen soap

I'm sure the property was nice to stay 30+ years ago, but now it is worn out and well used, which needs to be totally renovated. The sofa in my room looked like it had been sitting on someone's front porch - yuk. The elevator was out of service when we checked in. We had to go to take the stairs to the 5th floor, with our luggage. The elevator was finally repaired. The bedroom floor was hastily swept, water damage on ceiling in bedroom.
