Hotel is beautiful and clean. Staf is very helpful. Pool is very nice and clean.
The only 1 minus is transport to the town centre, there is no metro station near. We have used taxi. €30 to the most of the places, except we have paid €23 to go to the main train station, to go to the Campino airport cost €50.

The room was clean
The breakfast was terrible. We had to wait for staff to wash cups as there was not enough cups for the guests to have coffee. The hotel is 25 minutes away by taxi to the SpaNish steps and there is not one shop, bar or restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. The bar in the hotel is a joke it opens at 7pm and closes at 9pm and has a VERY LIMITED bar menu the restaurant opens at 7.30pm and closes at 11pm but I never saw any people in it.The swimming pool is open to the public for a fee so the sun beds are reserved in advance buy the public leavin limited amount for the hotel residents. Overall a terrible overpriced hotel

Nothing
hotel location is between airport and Rome City, means on the middle of nothing.
once arrived there there is not dinner service, cause restaurant was close, means should take taxi to the city another 25 euro and 25 to back at hotel. check-in staff not capable to satisfy nothing more over they put you on dependance which another compound from hotel, nobody to help with luggage, I paid expensive price to stay in hotel not dependance, I have to complain Booking cause they carry this kind of hotel...

location was close to my destination
I was settled in a room in an external dependance. The room was cold and i asked for an extra blanket. At 11o'clock there was nobody able to send the blanket to the room so I had to go out and pick it up myself.

Staff were lovely and very helpful and the facilities were very nice and well maintained.
Had dinner in the restaurant one night but there was no English menu available. However, the wait staff were exceptionally patient and helpful; giving me a run through.

Excellent location near the porta di roma shopping centre. The staff were really friendly and very accomodating. The rooms were excellent, including the hydrotherapy shower!
The pool closed before we got there and opened after we checked out, but wasn’t really an issue for us.

Lovely family suite, great AC, comfy beds, really clean with room serviced each day, good location if driving and great pool
really enjoyed our stay, the only (strange) issue we found was that the menu for the restaurant was only available in Italian! The staff did best to translate but two staff to cover whole place meant they were run off their feet so didn’t really have time to help. seems bonkers they can’t provide a menu I. other languages for their guests?? would also be nice to have some towels available at the pool.

Our room was spacious with two connecting bedrooms and two bathrooms. My children appreciated being able to slide the doors closed between the two rooms for their "own room". The second bathroom was a pleasant surprise and greatly appreciated. Our particular room had a balcony with an outside drying rack that was also very convenient. The breakfast was plentiful from pancakes to cereal to fruit, yogurt, breads, cheeses, and meats and served within a 3 hour period. There was ample free parking. The pool was large and well maintained and not overcrowded. The hotel's restaurant served very good food at a reasonable price for lunch and dinner, which can be rare to find in a hotel. Further into our stay we discovered a large mall, Porta di Roma, was also less than a 5 minute drive from the hotel, and my family appreciated the ability to shop out of the heat of the summer day.
If you do not have a car, the location would be challenging to rely on public transport. Although if you have a car, the location is right on the highway and convenient for travel into or outside of Rome. The pool was great, but it did close at 7pm each night. Given the hot days, longer evening hours would have been preferred. However, I found the 7pm closing time to be common among some other hotels with pools around Rome. Also, one of the two rooms stayed cooler than the other. We never succeeded with lowering the temperature in one of the bedrooms and at times it was a little warm with Rome experiencing an unprecedented heatwave during our stay. To be fair, I never mentioned this to the front desk. A grab and go type snack shop would be nice to have on site, but it is not something that would deter a future stay.

Michael at reception was by far the best part of our stay. between the 4 or 5 hotels we have stayed in across Italy and the countless hotels in the USA, Michael has been our favorite receptionist we have ever had the pleasure to interact with. He was very friendly and super helpful with any and all of our (many) questions. We originally booked this hotel after our original summer break plans got cancelled, and Michael is the reason we enjoyed our stay here so much and can’t imagine going anywhere else for our break from school!
The room got very hot at times and the location made it difficult to walk anywhere.
