Schönes Zimmer mit Aussicht und Balkon!
Die Lage, keinen wirklichen Strand. Sehr weit ab von anderen Restaurants, ohne Auto gar nichts möglich!

Beautiful view, room, nice staff and great breakfast buffet
Missing a few small things to make the rooms a bit more practical, otherwise good

What I loved about this hotel is its AUTHENTIC… it’s not pretending to be something it’s not. It has a perfectly rustic vibe… lots of natural materials, wood, stone, trees… the staff were beyond wonderful, happy to help, smiling and very attentive. I loved everything about this hotel!
I am one of those people who notices everything…. So even though there were some things that needed a little attention it doesn’t mean I won’t come back in a heart beat.
It would have been lovely to have some welcome pack in the room just explains everything, breakfast times, the different tours you can do, what events are in at night, how to use the hot water (it takes a while to get hot, you need to run for up to 10 minutes) …
The boat tour was fabulous and I loved it, I just feel it would have been extra lovely if they brought towels for guests and drinks, even if it was just water. Also a meet and greet before getting on the boat with the captain would have been a lovely little extra touch, maybe just introduce himself and explain where will we go on the trip etc

The best hotel I have visited in a long time - first time to Zakynthos and we will definitely be back next year to this hotel. It has everything you need, pool and beach are are beautiful.
The hotel could do with a little shop, as the closest shop or ATM is a 10 minute walk. Otherwise it was perfect!

The location and view is amazing. The pool area is a
nice place to relax and the staff at the bar is very kind. Also the hotel has a private, small beach which is really nice. The hotel also kindly helps you in booking excursions or transfers.
Part of the staff is not at all helpful, as we had an annoying ticking sound in our room the entire night, we were told it was normal and we had to ignore it. It was a pity because furthermore the hotel is a lovely place.

We really enjoyed the view, staff and our room.
1. The hotel needs a specialist on price management and optimisation. Prices are through the roof compared to the rest of island. We met a lot of hotel guests in nearby restaurants, enjoying mini market food or just eating from the lunch menu to avoid overpaying at dinner. Prices should keep guests spending in the hotel and high prices doesn’t mean you earn more. It seems the hotel doesn’t know its guest and what are they willing to spend.
2. In some earlier review I saw the hotel response in which they stated how eco-friendly they are as an excuse why they don’t need refurbishment. It’s strange to hear that from a hotel that still uses plastic straws and plastic hygiene bottles in the room. That just makes me wonder if they stand behind their words or are they just not willing to invest.
3. There are cups and tea, coffee in the room, yet no kettle. Asked for it at the reception but they wouldn’t keep their promise to put one in the room the next day. No hairdryer, no replenisment of shampoos for the entire week stay. TVs was a flatscreen but no smart options like Netflix or such. Bring an HDMI cable.
4. Poor sound isolation in the room. It would be fine though if the hotel would stand by it’s policy to close the poolbar after midnight. However, friday night was unsleepable until 3 AM in the morning with music and guests partying. Had to go there and look into it at 1:30 AM, they promised to close in half an hour, yet didnt stand by their words. Next day I asked the reception if that’s normal, they responded with a no and didn’t know what was actually happening that evening. The only apology I got was a shot of liqour the following day. That what a half restless night is worth.
5. If you go to breakfast at 9:30 AM be aware that you might eat pancakes with a spoon. Or cereal without one. It seems that such simple things like cuttlery, bowls, plates are just unavailable later in the morning. Juice and water machines out of order.

The rooms are very nice and clean! Staff is really nice and the driver of the hotel is one of the best!! Location is beautiful and quiet.
The music in de bar is a bit lame, it could use Some more classic and fun music.

The view
The lack of service ,not good enough for €260 a night. Dirty shared pool , I had to ask for it to be cleaned .pool towels stopped being replaced after 5 days .breakfast average at most , cold coffee ,cold food that was supposed to b hot , same poor choice every day . Rude staff not wanting to help

We were only enthusiastic about the ocean view from our room and the beach near by .
-The employees were not friendly and not professional .
-For €170 per night we expected more of the quality.
- The bed in our room was very small. The room was not cleaned properly.
-The shower takes 15 minutes to get warm.
-The breakfast was not fresh and not tasty.
-The corner at the reception is very messy, it does not suit to a 4-star hotel.
-We are very disappointed for this hotel . In the photos everything looks beautiful and luxurious, but in reality it certainly isn't. Except ocean view from our room which we like .
-Not recommending this hotel

Nice view from the hotel, it was nice to have a private pool(infinity). Very good greek salad at the bar.
We had a room near the infinity pool, the room had a very bad smell all the time, was very cold when we first came, and there was a bar above our room, in the morning it was hard to sleep because a lot of diffrent noises from the bar.
When we turned on jacuzzi, sand was pouring from the system inside the jacuzzi it was ugly.

The breakfast was absolutely okay, even though I missed the lactose and gluten free options. But the food was always tasty.
The rooms are clean and have lovely view. With the warm water in the shower we had sometimes problems (we didn't have).
Very friendlyand helpful staff, nice bar (the Pina colada is 10/10 :D), pool is also enjoyable.
I'd definitely come again! Thank you!
Warm water issues in the shower, the pool water could also be a little warmer.

The hotel is not located on the crowded beach. Kind and direct staff.
We booked the room four months in advance.
When we arrived, they said that unfortunately they didn't have such a room. We had to sleep one night in a lower category room facing the street. (this was compensated in price)

the most beautiful thing was the view and they have a good restaurant with excellent food

we lived 3 great days in a penthouse on the top floor. By the way, this is the most expensive room in this hotel. to this day we are impressed by the atmosphere of this room: authenticity, naturalness, dawn, sounds ... I have no words to describe the atmosphere in this room and the views that we contemplated when we woke up, those dawns that we met, those smells of natural wood, that permeate the number. the room has absolutely everything, even some items of kitchen life, we understood what we needed. the beach at the hotel is very interesting, unusual, picturesque. the sea is very shallow and along this one it is very warm and salty. the staff is lovely. the restaurant is amazing. beach bar - chic, but a bit expensive (10-15 euros for a cocktail I think it's expensive).
i read a lot of reviews before booking and many are talking about dirt. Yes, the cleanliness is really bad. dust, sand, poor processing of the bathroom. also the breakfast is not the best but not bad. the location is very remote from civilization, but this has a huge plus - beautiful nature. Last but not least, I think it's a bit overpriced.

Hotel facilities are incredible, very good breakfast and cocktails. The staff is really really nice at this hotel!
Cleanliness should be improved and the bed mattress should be replaced you can tell it has been used for a while of how soft it is.

Beautiful location, friendly staff, nice breakfast.
We expected a couple of peaceful days by the sea and the hotel would have been perfect for that if it wasn't for the loud music at all shared facilities. Because of that we ended up not using the facilities as much as we had been looking forward for. I like music but this was too loud for my taste. Especially since it was everywhere; breakfast area, pool area and seaside area. Otherwise a beautiful place.
