Καταπράσινο κάμπινγκ,καθαρό και φροντισμένο.Η τοποθεσία που βρισκεται υπέροχη!!!Έχει πολλες δραστηριότητες για τα παιδιά και τέλεια πισίνα!Μέσα βρίσκεις φαρμακείο,μάρκετ,εστιατόρια!!!

Το μόνο που δεν μας άρεσε είναι τα στρώματα στα κρεβάτια.Μέναμε στα διώροφα σπιτάκια.

The pools where very dirty and the water unclear. Overall maintenance was lacking and it was troublesome to get things fixed.

A good range of facilities, all close to our bungalow. The location of the bungalow was excellent with easy access to the pool. Regular change of bed linen and towels. The welcome pack was very good.

Lack of evening activities suitable for teenagers. Alot of debri in the pool over a number of days.

Worst possible! Still waiting for a refund after our complaint!

Worst possible. The accommodation was not at all as described. Run-down and shabby with visible mold, grease on kitchen cabinet doors, non-functioning refrigerator, stains on sheets, dirty patio, non-functioning AC, and non-functioning lamps. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

location, facilities, options for entertainment, pools, bungalows were clean and had everything needed.

I would love to have some options for non-Italien food in the village as I had to repeat many dishes during the week being a vegetarian.

Slides, bouncing castles and shows for kids are good.

This place is absolute chaos. People everywhere. Overcrowded lake and swimming pools with absolutely no sun loungers

we stayed in a bungalow picked up a bug first night from bathroom as not clean - no wi fi - not enough sockets - uncomfortable sofa bed if u would call it that and no space for it due to dinner table no cleaning products and just simply will never stay again

Swimming pools are great

When we arrived there was about 150 people to check in and out and 5 receptionist working 1 hr or more waiting to check in. I left my belongings in my chair at swimming pool when we came back was someone else in my chair and my belongings was with lifeguards I have asked what was going on they radio their boss all in Italian and said this is the procedure so I had to seat on the floor me and my family. Be prepared to be published if you decide to leave early !!!! I went to check out at the evening as we would leave 5am and they do not work 24hr reception. I was informed that I had to pay extra 30 euros for the cleaning as I was leaving out of hours. Also they said the gate was closed between early hours and I had to park my car outside to leave early that's what I did. We had to walk 200 metres or more in the morning on the rain with luggages to get to the car and guess what? Gate was open I asked security they said by law they couldn't keep the gate close.

to much People for 3 Swimmingpool, and a smaller part of the lake. 18:30 is too early to cloth swimmingpool, even if is not the high season. At least 20:00 hours. A relax time, while the children goes to show time. The table from outside was broken, curtains to dark. More signals for a good parking in every apartment, because a lot of cars were to close and was imposible to drive by the street to go out form the house.

Incredible value, we will be back!

This campsite is incredible value, it cost us 90€ for 3 nights in a 1 bedroom apartment, so 15€pppn! The apartment was basic but clean and the shower was fantastic, so you couldn’t ask for more at the price we paid! It is a 30 minute walk from the train station and is on the outskirts of the town but once you are checked in you can leave and enter the campsite via the promenade along the lakeside which makes it quicker to get into town and gives the most stunning views! Staff were very friendly on check in and check out. The campsite is big but without feeling overwhelming and there are so many amenities - multiple restaurants and pool areas, sports facilities, shops, bike rental etc. We stayed in March in the first week of the season when it was very quiet yet we felt very safe walking around at night. We will visit later in the season next time to make full use of the amenities.

The pools weren’t open for our trip, they open on 1st April, which I don’t believe was communicated to us when we booked or prior to our stay. This is a shame as it was one of the main reasons we chose this accommodation, but at 90€ for 3 nights we’re hardly in a position to complain and that probably explains why it was so cheap. Bed linen and towels were not included. For a double bed it was 11€ and 4€ per set of towels, so not a big deal at all and this can be paid for with card. You also have to pay a refundable damage deposit of 100€ in cash in order to check in (they don’t take card for this). We didn’t realise this until we were already in Italy so we had to suffer awful exchange rates withdrawing more cash out, so make sure to bring enough cash from home. Both of these additional costs were explained on the Booking.com website but not in the property description - it was hidden away in the ‘important information’ section further down the page which is very easy to miss (as we did), so i would suggest making this more obvious before/during booking via Booking.com

A central location along the beach, there is a supermarket and cafes and useful shops, pool facilities and a counter inside the club

During our stay of five days, neither sheets nor towels were changed for us, only after a motivational talk on the last day of our stay, towels were changed, There is no cleaning of the lawns and it seems that the club is hibernating. There is no wifi in the rooms. The pictures convey that there is a pool on site, but when we arrived the pool was closed for the entire stay.

Great location, bangalow was a great size for the 4 of us. Having restaurants, supermarket, ice cream stand was fantastic. Great pizza at the take away. Great pools for the kids.

excellent place in every way, staff are lovely and helpful, whole park is spotless and well attended, great security guards, all accommodations from mobile homes to bunglows are in a great position to all amenities,super camp

transport from train station and airport, could do with a camping site courtesy bus,as airport taxi are quite dear,so any assistance in this area would have people flocking to bella italia camping

location and near towns for visits

rude staff at the reception, after three complaints they didn't want to inform us and move us to another apartment, even though they knew we had a small baby and that the apartment didn't have heating, the air conditioners were torn, electric cables were hanging from the kitchen table, it wasn't cold water, the curtains were torn, water was leaking from the toilet and it was making noise, we will never come to that camp again, and we came through a recommendation, and we would definitely come back, but after this never again

The location and services provided was exceptional something for everyone to do.

I rented towels for myself and my family and when asked for new towels I'd to pay again? 40euro for towels for 6 nights? Also not appropriate bags in the bins provided the bags ripped when It came to change them. Also extra bags for the bins was not provided. Tea towels also not provided but expected to clean Appartament..

Unhelpful cleaning fee charge. As I was unsure of departure time ie before or after 8am I was charged €30 cleaning fee for a room I only slept in. They said if I came back at 8am they could inspect the room. I did and delayed my departure to airport to do that and they wouldn't give me a refund

An exceptional stay at the lake garda

All the facilities were super. The pools and the sports area. Supermarket had fantastic bread and croissants

The bed was a bit uncomfortable at our mobile house. I could also see some cob webs around the mobile too
