Топ локация, прекрасна храна.

Локацията на хотела, персонала, размера на стаята са чудесни. Банята беше чиста и хидромасажната вана е страхотно допълнение. Ресторанта е страхотен, а храната изключително добра! Стаята имаше балкон, прекрасна гледка!

Чистотата в стаята можеше да бъде на по-високо ниво. Мебелите са също старички.

Dirty and abandoned previous glory

Central location, very kind and helpful reception, spa and breakfast included in the price, many TV channels. Kind service at the restaurant for dinner.

Extreme noise at night from the party and the cleaning after the party (they were moving tables and chairs for hours with force after midnight). Broken lights and missing lamps. Empty mini bar with a bad smell. The bed was large but the surface was wavy. Poor breakfast service, they missed items from the fixed menu, brought wrong selections and didn’t speak English. The ashtray at the balcony was dirty with cigarettes.

Superb

good breakfast, very good position, very large room and terrace I stayed in the room on the 4th floor of the luxury suite very beautiful view very close to the center very good food at the restaurant

Looking forward visiting again soon.

We really liked the hotel’s location and the size of the room. The staff was friendly, the breakfast delicious.

The room was great but the carpet was dirty, the phone did not work and the TV was too small for such a big room. The TV did not even work well. The furniture looked worn out. However, we really enjoyed the stay.

Quality for a good price!

Nice place in the city center with spacious garden. Igor from the reception did a great job, always helpful and friendly! He arranged a quiet room with a beautiful view. Comfortable bed!

Sofa and carpet need to be replaced. The breakfast was sufficient with 2 options to choose, but I missed the Bulgarian yoghurt with muesli.

A cozy boutique hotel - but years ago

Great location, lovely garden and restaurant overlooking river and park, friendly staff, feeling of a small boutique hotel with the special extras.

This must have been a nice boutique hotel 10 years ago. Right now it is in dire need of refurbishment: leaking sink/shower, old furniture, stains on the wall, nasty stains on the carpet, worn out carpet and couch.

Dirty and Unfriendly

Location is the only plus.

The room was filthy. The carpet was disgusting with big stains everywhere. The bed was worn out and needs to be replaced. The walls has dirt on them. The chair was so worn out, foam was coming out of the arms. The shower head did not fit the holder, so it was loose and sprayed everywhere. The glasses were placed upside down on yellow and stained beer mats, which should have been thrown out a long time ago. I took photos of everything, as Booking.com needs to know how bad this place is. In times of COVID many cleaning restrictions seemed to be ignored. The suite was just a room with a big balcony. The balcony was filthy with bird dirt and plant debris on it. Breakfast staff were unfriendly and borderline rude. The jacuzzi, one perk of the suite, was out of order and had been for some time. The whole place needs a renovation. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Comfortable stay in a conveniently located hotel and a good value budget option.

Convenient location close to main street and park. Good breakfast, room was a good size, staff helpful and good value for money.

A little bit dated. Rooms could do with a refresh, balcony was nice, but a little dirty. Spa facilities were a bonus, nice sauna, just shame the jacuzzi isn't in constant use as we didn't have time for them to clean it and change water.
