The location is what really made our stay enjoyable in Maroochydore

The location was fantastic, directly across the road from the beach and surf club and bus stop very short walking distance at the end of the street.

Hot water in the shower would run out every morning and shower screen was broken and dirty and mouldy. Couches and carpet needs a good steam clean and blankets washed. Roof top balcony didn’t have a bbq or any lounge chairs at all as advertised when booking. Fan in the bedroom not working and split system was filthy. Very Overpriced for a tired property that could really use some attention.

Our booking was changed to a completely different unit in a different building. It was not of the same quality or standard. We contacted the manager who said that there was an error in a transfer of the booking made on your website to their booking system.....? We had no option but to stay in the apartment allocated.

Apart from the hot rooms everything else was good.

Location was great.

The bedrooms were that hot to sleep in. the fans didn’t have batteries so I bought some myself to replace, and might aswell no have done that, they go very slow. I would suggest a upgrade of fans.My kids slept on the lounge chairs on the second night.

Location is good cotton tree is a great family location. Would stay again only if they changed the beds as they were terrible.

Beds were horrid Air con blinds door jams were mouldy. Surf club does not turn off lights overnight so is bright in main bedroom despite blinds being blockout. Surf club was loud of a night on Friday and Saturday time when people would leave intoxicated and be yelling loudly. Was not clean under beds tv and lounge. While place needs a spring clean.

It's convenient, spacious and so handy to e erything. Perfect for a family getaway.

Air conditioning. This is QLD you must have air-conditioning in each room atleast a unit that can cool down the apartment. It was so hot this weekend and air-conditioning was an issue. That was the only downfall.

the pictures and description online indicated a rooftop space with BBQ. I promised the family a chilled night under the stars with a special BBQ dinner. BBQ a shambles and toxic not useable. outdoor lights did not work. inside the unit lights didn’t work. shower screens busted.utensils old and frankly grubby. it was not what was presented to the point honestly you could probably push for a refund. extremely disappointing and regardless of the location I would not recommend at all. especially at a very inflated $410 for one very disappointing night.

Amazing location + amazing service = an amazing weekend away with the family

The location is amazing. Cathy left us a little gift as we were there for the Easter long weekend which was really sweet and the kids loved. The facilities are excellent in terms of having a full kitchen, two bathrooms, and full laundry facilities. There were also a number of toys, games and books in the unit. And the exclusive-use rooftop balcony - wow, what a view!!

There was something that looked like black mould in the cupboards. In the ensuite bathroom, I assume the previous guests had used the waste bin and this was not emptied (unfortunately they had left some very gross things in there!) The only suggestion I would have to improve the actual facilities would be to include some shelves in the cupboard of the second bedroom. Also this did not affect us, but the room we stayed in was on the top floor and I don't believe I saw anything to say it was stairs only access - this may affect people with a physical disability.
